Great facility, Bedroom was large and comfortable. The bed was very comfy. We did not eat at the restaurant in the evening, but the breakfast was fantastic. We used the hotel as a local base whilst in the Ruhr valley, the negative was the roadworks on the motorways!

Das Haus liegt schön im Grünen, was uns überrascht und sehr gut gefallen hat. Die Zimmer waren ausreichend groß. Der Badewannenrand war allerdings sehr hoch, was erhebliche Schwierigkeiten gerade beim Verlassen der Wanne macht. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals an der Rezeption ließ jedoch zu wünschen. Gerade eine Dame dort hatte eine sehr schnippische und arrogante Art. In meinen Augen geht das gar nicht! Außerdem war ich über die Vorkasse mehr als verwundert; denn normalerweise bekomme ich erst einmal Leistung, bevor ich bezahle! Der billige Müsliriegel für die abbestellte Zimmerreinigung war übrigens ein Witz! Mit solchen Aktionen begeistert man keine Kunden, obwohl die Frau an der Rezeption das frech behauptete.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht da und es war alles ok, etwas ältere Ausstattung aber alles Sauber und gut organisiert. Würden nochmal dort übernachten.

I have been in this hotel already multiple times. It is really close to the city center and has direct access to the Goldschmieding Park. The breakfast is in the old Goldschmieding castle. Over the last years the added more vegan breakfast options. The stuff is super helpful if you have food allergies.
The offers a free storage for bags.
