Como sempre excelente almoço com a minha esposa, Posta mal passada com batatas fritas , arroz e salada, sem comentários é de comer e chorar por mais, para além de outros pratos também maravilhosos, hoje foram a Posta Gente super simpática, o Alberto o Luís assim como a D. Maria, aconselho vivamente

Correcto y funcional Es un hotel ideal para estancias cortas, el trato es amable y cordial

Only positive point: good location and comfortable bed. 👍🏻 Negative points: I don't even know where to start. 😰 I stayed for 2 days with a New Year's program and I won't go back. Bad experience. Breakfast is always bread with cheese and ham (hard bread) and sour juice. On January 1st, anyone who had breakfast had to watch the discussion in the kitchen and "I don't serve after 10am". 🥴 You can hear everything in rooms, you can hear everything in hallways, zero soundproofing. On the day of the New Year's Eve dinner we couldn't sleep because they kept moving tables out of the restaurant all night despite knowing that there were accommodations with rooms upstairs. 😴 New Year's Eve dinner with slow service, 2 people serving so many people. Midnight arrived and they didn't even serve raisins or champagne in a hurry. When the meat arrived it was cold and there were leftovers from the dish, and we weren't even served rice because they couldn't handle it. The program said there was live music and it was just 2 gentlemen playing concertinas. 🤨 The heating service in the room turned on and off (a broken boiler and it's not new) even though it was 1°C outside. Room with super dim light. 🧐 The television only works on 2 channels, RTP and SIC, and it is not clear. There is never anyone at the reception. Zero service. Internet almost never works, come with mobile data. In short: an experience not to be repeated. 🙅🏻‍♀️

When we came here, we expected more. Unfortunately, we didn't have the best experience, because we ordered the meat, which the menu stated was cooked to perfection, and I emphasized that I like it medium-rare or even rare, but it's just not possible to enjoy cold meat or even raw meat on the inside. Unfortunately, that's exactly what happened and we asked for it to be cooked a little longer, but apparently the kitchen didn't take the request well and brought it completely cooked. And I'm just talking about my experience with the restaurant, because we weren't staying at the hotel. It's important to emphasize that the waiter was impeccable in his service from start to finish, but it really wasn't the best experience in Castro.

Séjour incroyable dans cet hôtel ! Il y a tout le confort, même des toilettes avec toutes les options. Dîner dans une salle très grande offrant une magnifique vue sur le paysage: un régal. La morue et le vin étaient excellents. Repas très copieux : je n’ai pas pu prendre de dessert. Il y a même un robot qui peut amener les plats si besoin. Petit déjeuner servi à table. Personnel très agréable.

El lugar es muy bonito, el hotel está muy bien acondicionado y el restaurante tiene unas vistas espectaculares al igual que la habitación que nos tocó, el desayuno sencillo pero cumple perfectamente su cometido. La atención muy buena, y merece la pena para un par de noches y así conocer la zona.
