Un très bel établissement qui mérite ses quatre étoiles… tout en gardant les pieds sur terre. L’Hôtel Disini est une adresse agréable, nichée dans un environnement paisible, avec un jardin tout simplement splendide – un vrai petit coin de paradis pour amateurs de verdure et d’apéros au calme. Belle piscine. J'y ai séjourné plusieurs fois durant ce mois de juillet 2024. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. On s’y sent bien. La décoration, quant à elle, oscille entre le charme d’antan et le goût assumé du "c’était mieux avant" : un petit côté vieillot qui plaira aux nostalgiques… ou pas. Mais cela fait aussi partie du charme de la maison. Le restaurant, quant à lui, propose une cuisine de qualité, soignée, savoureuse – rien à redire sur les assiettes. Le seul bémol : l’addition. On est clairement sur des tarifs étoilés… dans une région qui ne l’est pas toujours. Autrement dit, on mange bien, mais mieux vaut ne pas venir l’estomac trop vide (ou le portefeuille trop léger). Enfin, l’emplacement est idéal pour rayonner dans la région : Castries est un joli point de départ, tranquille et bien situé.

hôtel agréable mais onéreux
Bâtiment correctement entretenu, ce qui est moins le cas des abords (parking, parc autour de l'espace piscine.
Nuitée onéreuse.
Et il manque des bornes de recharge électrique.

It was a cold day in Castries - and the hotel temperature was set at 19º to be eco-friendly. The restaurant is disappointing. The food is well prepared but served on cold plates.
