Sterk verouderd hotel dat gezien de flinke prijs die voor de kamer gevraagd wordt wel een upgrade gebruiken kan. Kamer is heel warm, inrichting summier, douche klein. Echt niet van deze tijd. Het restaurant en ontbijt is wel prima! Wij moesten door omstandigheden eerder weg. Er werd niet meegedacht. Voor ons geen herhaling.

3 November gegeten met 4 personen.Na een wachttijd van ruim 1,1/2 hr hebben we 2x Carpaccio salade gekregen,veel grove sla bladen, matig gevuld met ingrediënten. 1x Pompoen salade, wederom veel grove sla bladen,ook matig gevuld. 1x Skrei, vis ,kabeljauw met wat mosselen en minimaal groenteprutje/aardappel.Was een muizenhapje,erg weinig. Flauw van smaak, tevens niet erg warm. Na opmerkingen hierover gemaakt te hebben, kregen we wel excuses en gratis koffie, dit was wel een pluspunt. Maar de gehele beoordeling is ,niet voor herhaling vatbaar. Jammer ,want je zit er wel gezellig,maar je komt er natuurlijk om er lekker te eten en dat was erg tegenvallend.

The spareribs were terrible and I don’t recommend them!!! They were to sour and because of that you didn’t taste the meat…. The fries are also not good and to salty! The environment was not nice and I were you I would skip this place.

What a mixed experience Fase 4 was. The first day 5 stars, because I had an amazing check-in experience and my room was bigger than expected. Then I found stains on the towels, so they lost a point for laundry/linnen. That night another star was lost, because you can hear every coff, word, movement from the rooms next door, the walls are far too thin and they need to do something about that. The breakfast was good the first day, with a positive friendly staff, the second day items were missing at already 8.30am, the very grumpy lady coordinating staring at everyone when they took something from the buffet, felt like a school canteen. I really liked the location (easy access to beach and natural park, I was there for hiking). And the lady who checked me in remains 5stars :)

Staff were friendly and efficient, very patient with my lack of Dutch language. The room was simple, spotlessly clean and comfortable for my one night stay. I’m on my cycle and they provided safe accommodation for that too. The food here is excellent also, maybe a little pricy but all in all good value. Given my travel itinerary rarely allows repeat visits I can still recommend this establishment 5 stars.

Personnel sympathique qui parle très bien anglais. La personne qui nous a accueilli nous a emmené jusqu'à la chambre, nous a montré par où passer si le restaurant est fermé quand on veut sortir ou entrer . Possibilité de prendre de le petit déjeuner plus tôt (service à partir de 8h, nous avons pu demander pour 7h30), mais tout n'était pas disponible. Parking gratuit derrière et de l'autre côté de la rue. Quartier sympathique, proche de la mer. Notre chambre était propre et totalement équipée (frigo, plaque de cuisson, couverts...) Parfait.

Mixed feeling. Ontvangst waardeloos. Parkeren op hun terrein en dan tweehonderd meter om moeten lopen omdat de aangewezen toegang op slot is. (geen verontschuldiging daarvoor) Dat het stortregende en een reistas meegzeuld moet worden helpt ook niet. Kamer is wel schoon maar het matras heeft zijn beste en gemiddelde tijd wel gehad gezien de veren die voelbaar waren. Uitstekende bar, goed ontbijt. Verblijven nee, bar ja, ontbijt ja.

Geweldig weekendje gehad mede dankzij Murat en Claudia van hotel fase Fier. Zeer gastvrij en erg vriendelijk. Na ons avondje uit werden wij nog heel vriendelijk benaderd voor nog een drankje. Leuk gesprekje met hun gehad. We voelde ons zeer welkom Dank jullie wel!
