Hotel is in a great location close to everything. Would not recommend this hotel it's run down, dirty. Carpets threadbare on stairs, curtains hanging of the rail, furniture old and mismatch, holes in the walls which have been filled and just left, stains on walls. Not cheap to stay so expected more for my money.

Check in late only to find out that the light in my room was not working. First impression is already bad. Small room, broken window, dirty walls, water in the bathroom difficult to navigate (too hot or too cold). When I complained and asked for a refund due to the light, they accused me of using the bathroom, which I fairly used for washing face. Surely not caring for the guests. Will surely NOT come back, and I'd like to say: DO NOT stay here. You will not have proper greeting and service.

Awful place. Room dirty. Window rotton and not secure. Looked out onto a filthy roof area. No emergency exit other than the main door. The stairs are steep and threadbare with loose carpet, which is dangerous and a tripping hazard. The beds were very uncomfortable. Like springs with no padding. Shower hanging from the wall, drain filthy. We did not stay. We returned the key and left. Premier inn was £20 more and worth every penny. The bag safe area where you could leave your bags until check in was under the counter in the kebab shop!

Ok pour la situation géographique uniquement.
La photo montre une chambre ordinaire et bien entretenue. La literie était confortable et propre mais les chambres sont en mauvais état, abîmées, le mobilier est de seconde main, il y a des tâches d'usure et de saleté dans la salle de bain, sur les murs, sur les carreaux de fenêtre. Pas de double vitrage , le bruit de la rue est épouvantable. La situation géographique est le seul point fort de ce logement. Nous avons eu un rabais sur le parking.

Room review
Basic room with en-suite. Check in via the kebab shop went well!! Stair area was shabby but seemed clean. The room had all of the necessities (tea/coffee making facilities, TV, shower gel, toilet paper) and the bed was comfy and sheets seemed clean.
The room itself was also shabby. The window frames haven’t been touched for years. The decorating likewise. There was a peeling poster on the wall and cracks all over the place. It was just very, very tired. But it was only £38 for the night and I only needed a comfy bed and a shower in the morning so it ticked those boxes.

ideal for friends
ideal as there were 4 of us so we all atayed together. fairly clean, did notice however stains on the curtains (sound petty but it what was noticed) didn't affect our time in Cardiff though.

Très mauvaise expérience.
À part la localisation centrale de l'hôtel, je ne trouve aucun point positif. Literie exécrable, insonorisation inexistante et pour couronner le tout, une fenêtre impossible à fermer dans une rue pour le moins animée.
Bref, très mauvaise expérience.
