The most comfortable BNB I have ever stayed in - it is divine - have been a regular guest for several years and find it delivers everything in spades - the breakfast is incomparable with an array of preserved fruits, the best scrambled eggs west of The Park in Bayswater and warm croissants and pain au chocolat. Everything runs like clockwork and Melanie and Martin are fully up to speed on whats going on in the neighbourhood too . They go above and beyond to look after their guests and even offer a private shuttle service for those going to nearby weddings or other events... chapeau!

The hosts Melanie and Martin are absolute superstars… they go above and beyond to ensure a warm welcome and nothing is too much for them. Martin provided a taxi for us so willingly and the breakfast was so so good with homemade products and local produce. We ate out outside in the sunshine with their adorable doggy who is a calm and gentle little friend who enjoys the visitors. The room and house are impeccably and tastefully appointed with lots of thoughtful detail eg bathroom products, mini fridge and good quality tea and coffee provisions. Absolutely 5 star in every way and we hope to be back.

Wonderful B&B with a lovely homely feeling We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 nights stay at Ellesmere House. Martin and Melanie were wonderful hosts who couldn't do enough for us. A lovely room overlooking the beautiful garden, spotlessly clean and a comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choices to start the day.

A lovely stay with Martin and Mel. The room was comfortable and clean with a lovely view of the countryside. The breakfasts were lovely with the added conversations at the kitchen table! The location was fab for exploring Somerset.
