We stayed in the Heart of oak room for the second time. It is just perfect! Spacious and with elegant decor. The bathroom is really luxurious with the slipper freestanding bath and walk-in shower (even better than we have at home)! All of the staff are amazing - professional and very friendly. That is including reception, bar, housekeeping and breakfast staff. It was ‘party central’ for our stay with all the pop up events going on in and around the hotel. Lively and vibrant, which we much enjoyed. But, nice to go back to the very peaceful’The Georgian’ for a very comfortable rest and sleep in the four poster bed. Would 100% recommend.

We had the most beautiful room kindly sorted out by Rhys and we were welcomed by Amy who is the nicest most welcoming receptionist ever.. all the staff at The Morgan’s are super helpful and friendly especially the breakfast staff too..& we always enjoy having some drinks in the main bar! Again with super friendly staff..we adore coming back time and time again to both The Morgan’s and The Georgian hotel

Stayed one night for family gathering. Relaxed atmosphere with quality surroundings. Really comfortable bed!!

Pleasant place to stay, room was good. Cleaning a bit of an issue - clean where you could see, but less so where you could not, e.g. very dusty in places. Bed was quite high and a little too firm. Breakfast service a little slow, but food was good.

Quite possibly the best night sleep I've had in ages, the bed was massive, a super king I believe, the decor was beautiful, the room amenities were on another level compared to other hotels I've stayed in. I will definitely stay here again and would recommend it to my friends and family.

Superb hotel stay. Amy on reception is amazing, what a credit to the hotel. When we checked in she asked had we stayed before (we had several times in the main hotel and townhouse) so she asked if we wanted to try the Georgian.. she gave us the Heart of Oak room...wow!! If you get a chance stay there! Breakfast in the morning was great too! Got to say all the staff we interacted with from bar, breakfast and reception were all top notch. Perfect for shows in the Swansea Arena which is a five minute walk away.
