Giovanna was a delightful host. The 200 year old property is on a vineyard with many outdoor seating areas to sip wine, take in the beautiful scenery and relax. It’s very quiet and peaceful! Giovanna provided a lovely breakfast each morning, she gave us excellent restaurant recommendations and was always happy to please us. The room was very clean and comfortable , including the bed and it had a good shower. If you get one of the upstairs bedrooms like us, the steps were a little narrow and steep for those who have trouble with steps. It was never a problem for us. The location is ideal if you’re driving through the villages around Mt Etna. The entrance is narrow and I recommend a smaller vehicle, the roads don’t have lights at night and you can easily miss the turn. I would definitely stay here again, it was perfectly dreamy , rustic and authentic, and it provided all our needs! Thank you Giovanna!

Il posto è rustico ma carino e ha una bella piscina. Fino qui le cose positive. Poi, abbiamo solo mangiato ma onestamente cose misere, che si potrebbero fare a casa ed anche meglio. Servizio lento. Insomma decisamente bocciato, non ci torneremo sicuramente

Siamo stati in un posto.incantevole. Un country house immerso nel verde,curatissimo su ogni dettaglio,un perfetto equilibrio tra tradizione e nuovo. Ogni cosa al suo.posto,accuratamente scelta dando.il senzo della assoluta armonia. Personale eccellente,con grande cura per gli ospiti,in ogni dettaglio. Eccellente!!

5 ⭐️ sono poche. Posto immerso nella natura. La pace dei sensi ti sovrasta. Tra l’odore del rosmarino e il profumo delicato della lavanda senti solo il canto delle cicale. Personale gentile, cortese e disponibile. Camera molto comoda e pulitissima. Altrettanto la piscina e i suoi servizi.

A wonderful property in such a beautiful setting. Quiet and peaceful, surrounded by vineyards with views of Mount Etna and the village of Castiglione perched on a hillside. We loved having access to the swimming pool, the rooms are a good size and the food and wine was excellent. Massimo is a superb host and is exceptionally welcoming and very friendly, providing good local information. The evening meals were delicious Sicilian cuisine with fresh ingredients bought on a daily basis. Staying there was incredibly relaxing and akin to staying with friends.
