One of our most enjoyable stay during our 12 days trip around Sicily. Upon landing at Catania airport, we drove all the way to Dimora Cottanera, arriving after dark. Stayed here for three nights and weren’t bored. Excellent ambience, great views, good amenities, nice and strong hot water, very comfortable beds, very good breakfast. The infinity pool was too cold in November, but we did enjoy the sauna and the outdoor bath. Credits to Serena who was really nice and helpful. She arranged our Mt Etna trip and wine tasting.

It was in a beautiful setting with vineyards and gardens throughout. The breakfast with eggs individually made and homemade cakes and desserts were phenomenal. There’s a special large communal room with glass views all around with views of the mountains. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom unique. Free parking with charging stations were right across the street. As outstanding as the facilities and grounds were the staff was better. From calling pharmacies to arranging tours to recommending hikes. They gladly did it all. At night they had a different homemade cake and coffee available. I had wonderful experiences at other resorts on this trip but Dimora Cottanera was the best. Grazie

We loved our stay at Dimora Cottanera! The room was immaculate, with elegant touches and beautiful views. The staff was warm and helpful - truly a highlight of your stay! The location itself was beyond lovely - situated amongst the vineyards, peaceful, and easy driving to Mt. Etna. Parking was convenient - a small lot across the road from the property. Would happily stay again!

Wunderschön! Besser geht nicht!
Besser geht nicht !!! Es ist ein wunderschönes Weingut in einer super schönen Gegend. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier richtig. Die Zimmer und Badezimmer sind sehr stylisch, das Bett sehr bequem und hart, beste Qualität der Bettwäsche. Es gibt ein Frühstück buffet mit vielen selbstgemachten Kuchen, Eier auf Bestellung und typischen Produkten aus der Region. Abends kann man „ einen Aperitivo“ haben, ein Glas Wein mit Käse und Schinken und der besten Pinza, die wir je gegessen haben. Dies wird in dem Glas Pavillon gereicht, wo man wunderschön sitzen kann. Die Sauna mit Jacuzzi kann man sich täglich vorbestellen, so dass man ganz toll und entspannt als Paar dies nutzen kann. Wir waren im Winter dort, so dass wir leider nicht den Pool nutzen konnten. Dort auf der Terrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf die grandiose Landschaft!
Besonders hervorheben möchte ich alle Mitarbeiter! Sie sind sehr freundlich, geben gute Tipps für die Gegend und vor allem kommt man sich als Gast auch sehr willkommen vor.

Dimora Cottanera is a very peaceful with helpful and attentive staff.
While the views of the surrounding countryside were lovely unfortunately we had a courtyard room with no views and we felt quite exposed

Everything was perfect. The bed was elegant and comfortable. The views of the vineyard and mountains so relaxing. The breakfast and staff were lovely and so helpful - in fact the manager helped us call our rental car company because of an accident that occurred at a previous hotel. He really went out of his way to help. I loved the Turkish bath in the room and our own hot tub overlooking the vineyard. The room was elegant and comfortable with enough closet space to stay a month if you wanted. We stayed two nights in early May so the pool wasn’t very warm yet but I enjoy cool water so it was refreshing while sitting in the sun enjoying the view. One day we enjoyed the lunch and wine tasting at the winery across the street. The wine was very good and the lunch was nicely paired with the tasting. We drove all around Sicily for nearly a month and this was one of the most relaxing and special stays.
