What a gem of a place. Everything about this place was excellent. The family, the room and the breakfast. Enjoyed our 4 night stay here and would happily return. We stayed in a junior suite and it was absolutely beautiful. The entrance off the Main Street in the centro belies what is hidden behind it.

Un gioiellino in pieno centro, ristrutturato da poco, con suite spaziose, pulite e dotate di ogni confort. Bellissime le suite con gli affreschi del 500. Ottima accoglienza, gentilezza e disponibilità del Sig. Paolo. Colazione non a buffet, ma servita in base alle preferenze da indicare la sera prima. Parcheggi in convenzione nelle vicinanze.

What a wonderful small hotel, run by an equally wonderful family (father, mother, son & daughter). A lot of perfect detailing went into this building which dates to the 16th century. The rooms (we stayed in one, but visited many) are gorgeous. Breakfast is served (and damn good), and both the daughter (Julia) and son (Matteo) speak English well, if needed. Paolo (the father) greets you enthusiastically with his booming "Buongiorno!" This is a sweet little village. Not much to do In February, but apparently "hops" in the summer. About an hour's drive to Orvieto, Assisi, or Montpulciano. You'll have fun here.

Avevo letto alcune recensioni tutte molto eccellenti su questo hotel. Insieme a mio marito lo abbiamo scelto per la posizione sul lago Trasimeno e il Signor Paolo ci ha accontentati dandoci una Suite con vista lago. Devo dire che le precedenti recensioni meritano tutte una realtà condivisa perché l hotel merita tutte le lodi che vengono scritte. La camera spaziosa è ristrutturata . E’ tutto nuovo e perfettamente curato nei minimi particolari . Letto grande e molto comodo . Il Signor Paolo è sempre molto presente e sempre disposto a dare consigli e a suggerire posti dove mangiare bene . La colazione non è a buffet ma offre qualsiasi cosa si chieda. Siamo stati molto bene sicuramente torneremo e faremo un ottima pubblicità. Grazie Signor Paolo

Albergo piccolino in pieno centro, ottima accoglienza e gentilezza da parte della famiglia proprietaria. Abbiamo preso una suite ampia con arredi nuovi e moderni; ottima pulizia delle camere. Parcheggi in convenzione nelle vicinanze. Colazione non a buffet, ma bisogna dare un'indicazione di massima di quello che si vuole, comunque la gentilezza e la disponibilità dei proprietari fa sempre apprezzare la colazione abbondante, fatta di dolci veramente molto buoni (disponibile anche il salato)... Ci siamo trovati veramente molto bene, anche per la disponibilità e cortesia dei gestori a suggerire locali e luoghi da visitare.

So nice. They do not have parking nearby so that was our only issue. Public parking a few blacks away. Everything else was lovely! I’d stay again!
