Friendly service. Lovely fresh buffet breakfast with great pastries. Room nicely appointed, cleaned & towels changed regularly. Found the Solarium which had beautiful views. Would have liked coffee/tea making facilities & fridge. Apparently they serve food but don't mention facilities. Were offered use of a different hotel pool & sauna with 10% off food on the day before we were due to fly home. ( The pool appeared to be shut at Hotel Verde but no one said either way.)

Facendo un paragone di tempo fa, forse un anno circa, comunque con la nuova amministrazione, siamo rimasti abbastanza delusi: pulizia poco curata, camera con balcone carina ma non pulita, colazione in ribasso, invece di essere migliorato e' peggiorato, ragnatele ovunque e incuria sui luoghi comuni, immobile non curato, segni di umidita' su parecchi muri interni ( con i nuovi titolari ), nota positiva: vicino a ristoranti e a due passi dal mare, parcheggio. Piscina chiusa non utilizzabile , ( almeno dal 27 al 29 settembre ) comunque ci ritorneremo e vedremo se e' stato un caso.

Camera e bagno minuscoli.asciugami sporchi. Porta del bagno e della doccia rotte. Colazione con panini scongelati da poco per cui freddi. Piscina con acqua verde puzzolente. La mattina non c'è nessuno alla reception e il personale è maleducato e scontroso. Camere rumorose sul parcheggio per cui non puoi tenere le finestre aperte. Muffa e crepe sui muri. Aria condizionata rotta. Troppo costoso

Io e mio marito siamo tornati per il secondo anno consecutivo in questo hotel,pur essendo un 2 stelle c siamo trovati benissimo, noi avevamo la camera con balcone con vista mare,una chicca,la stanza pulita e spaziosa esattamente come in foto sul sito, non mancava niente (c'era anche il secondo cuscino nell armadio e la cassaforte)il bagno basic, ma pulito,la struttura si trova a due passi dal mare,e dalla famosa pineta, in più c'è anche il parcheggio, la colazione buona e varia,ma la vera differenza la fa la cortesia di tutto lo staff,in particolare vorrei ringraziare CINZIA per la sua professionalità e cortesia, è sempre stata disponibile a soddisfare anche la più piccola richiesta,ci ha fatto sentire a casa! Grazie mille ancora, torneremo sicuramente!!!!!!!!

Sono stato in questo hotel due notti. L’hotel ha una posizione molto buona. È a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei treni e a pochi metri dal mare. Personale molto gentile e cortese , la colazione buonissima . Spero di ritornarci quanto prima.

Hotel molto accogliente con personale molto cortese e disponibile. Io e la mia compagna ci siamo trovati molto bene. Il ragazzo alla reception è stato molto cortese a spiegarci tutto e nella disponibilità. Ottima colazione con prodotti dolci squisiti fatti dalla pasticceria con cui collabora l'hotel. Adatto anche ai celiaci

Siamo stati in questo hotel per un fine settimana con la famiglia e ci siamo trovati nel complesso bene. La colazione è ottima, il parcheggio interno è un plus fondamentale e le camere rispecchiano la categoria. Torneremo sicuramente in questo hotel per i nostri fine settimama a Castiglioncello.

non ho mai lasciato una ricensione in nessun'hotel perche andava tutto bene! questa volta invece , mi sono trovata malissimo ... stanza sporca , bagno pessimo : doccia intasata , wc per far andare l,acqua svegliava tutti dal rumore se andate per il mare , non ce neanche posto per appoggiare gli asciugamani .... Non parliamo della colazione , alle 8.40 pane finito , succo pure non parliamo delle brioche / musley
