Posizione perfetta, ma il resto delude Ho soggiornato in questo hotel a Caletta di Castiglioncello attratta dalla sua posizione davvero invidiabile, a pochi passi dal mare e con una vista splendida sulla costa. La zona è tranquilla, perfetta per chi cerca relax e ama fare passeggiate sul lungomare. È dotata di un buon posto auto. Purtroppo, l’esperienza complessiva non è stata all’altezza del prezzo pagato (100€) I servizi offerti sono piuttosto scadenti: assenza di ascensore, camere datate con doccia piccola e colazione davvero minimale con cibi preconfezionati. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è decisamente squilibrato: le tariffe sono alte, probabilmente giustificate solo dalla location. Peccato, perché con qualche attenzione in più potrebbe diventare una scelta eccellente. In sintesi: ✔️ Posizione ottima, a due passi dal mare ❌ Servizi carenti ❌ Prezzi troppo alti per quello che viene offerto Sconsigliato a chi cerca comfort e qualità, consigliato solo se l’unica priorità è la vicinanza alla spiaggia.

Struttura pulita e a pochi passi dal mare. All'arrivo la reception era vuota, le chiavi della stanza erano sul banco con un biglietto di benvenuto. Piccole accortezze già riferite di persona in reception,con la promessa di rimediare : 1) al posto del letto matrimoniale ci sono due lettini, non legati che durante la notte, o nei movimenti tendono ad aprirsi. 2) l'apertura dell'acqua calda in doccia è invertita con l'acqua fredda, l'abbiamo capito dopo mezz'ora dove per esasperazione abbiamo aperto il miscelatore al contrario. 3) qualche bustina di geldoccia in più non sarebbe male. La vista mare in camera come descritto su booking non è proprio vista, forse intravisto il mare. A parer mio, per un week, con la premessa della sistemazione letto, ritornerei volentieri.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, camera spaziosa e di fronte al mare, vicino sia alla stazione che al centro di Castiglioncello. Anche Rosignano marittimo è vicino. Molto disponibile e simpatica la proprietaria, piacevolissima permanenza.

Io ed il mio compagno abbiamo concluso da poco il nostro meraviglioso soggiorno a Castiglioncello presso questa bellissima struttura, situata a pochi minuti dalla stazione. Porteremo nel cuore la camera che ci è stata assegnata. Una camera spaziosa, dotata di tutti i comfort necessari. Un ringraziamento anche alla proprietaria, che è stata gentile ed ha reso semplice la comunicazione per le operazioni di check-in e check-out. Ritorneremo!

Nos dieron una habitación que NO salía en la página web, en un pasillo de servicio al lado del depósito de limpieza. El resto de las habitaciones eran numeradas y con tarjeta y estaban en otro pasillo. No llegaba el wifi y el baño estaba roto.

Passata la notte al pronto soccorso la proprietaria con arroganza ci dice “ Non hanno assicurazione e di fare pure causa tanto è una società e a loro non importa nulla. Esperienza da dimenticare!!! Vi basti sapere questa struttura non è assicurata. Ci sono scalini all uscita delle stanze non segnalati . Sono caduta battendo ginocchia e capo. Siamo stati al pronto soccorso. La proprietaria con arroganza ha affermato “Non hanno assicurazione e la proprietà è di una società senza capitale” Questa la risposta . Una inserviente ci ha raccontato la struttura è sfortunata succede di tutto. Per questo il nome la smorfia . 🤦🏻♀️

Esperienza da dimenticare!! All’uscita della stanza c’è uno scalino non segnalato Sono caduta battendo ginocchia e capo. Siamo andati al pronto soccorso. La proprietà ha risposto “NON HANNO L’ASSICURAZIONE” e con sbeffeggio è una società senza capitale. Al mattino il cameriere ci ha raccontato si chiama La smorfia perché è un locale “sfortunato “.
