This place is in a beautiful location but it seems to be dead on its feet. Our balcony had cracks near the rails and we were put off admiring the view from it as it felt unsafe. There are some very crude repairs apparent. The curtains were see through so if you need a dark room to sleep don’t go here. Pillows were very thin and flat. There were 3 power points in the room and one had the tv plugged into it so if you have more than a phone each to charge you’ll be unlucky. There’s no kettle and no fridge. There are lots of stairs inside and out and we had to carry bikes up and down them. Not ideal. The shower is in the same area as the toilet and separated only by a clingy shower curtain. General stale smell throughout the hotel.

It was supposed to be a fabulous palace, but it was badly violated. anodized aluminum frames, student dormitory furniture, white salt and pepper tiles, the lift, oh the lift is worth a visit because it is indescribable and certainly not up to standard. But has there ever been an inspection in this structure? there is no type of indication in case of disasters. They had given us a room on the 4th floor which was completely flooded after a shower; When I came down to the reception, if it can be called that, a drooping young lady replied that she would fix it by coming to dry up the water. Having pointed out that I would activate the health and hygiene control, she ran away and then reappeared after a couple of minutes offering us a change of room, sparing no expense: a triple room with a panoramic terrace. I have no idea if it's closing or what, but everything needs to be reset here. Where are the furnishings, the floors of this which must have been a magnificent structure? The hotel is not equipped for lunch but upon reservation it offers dinner, which must be booked at the reception and the dishes must also be chosen there. The menu is a paper child with 4 dishes written on it, 4, linguine with scampi or asparagus; pizzaiola-style meat, tomatoes and corn. A joke aside.

I stayed in this hotel for one night and honestly I expected better. The hotel is definitely in need of renovation, dated furniture, sink in the bathroom with a rusty machine, ants on the wall, zero privacy given that in front of the "terraces" there is a passage to the external tables. Terrace and corridor divided just by a row of pots with dead plants. Tiny car park, maybe 6 car parks in total, otherwise they will point you to one and you have to climb at least a hundred steps to get there on foot. Nothing to say about the staff, everyone was very kind, good breakfast too. The view is exceptional, the only saving grace is the staff. €145 for a room in those conditions, it's really not worth it.

I don't understand why this is the period of all nervous and neurotic customers, you're on holiday, relax and enjoy your holidays, you're nervous about everything, nothing suits you, you have to object to everything and in a very rude way. The hotel and beach staff are working, don't forget it, and they are working to make your holidays better, be at peace with yourselves and if you are not at peace with yourself you cannot make it up to others.
