Good standard hotel with one star too many (it should have 3 stars). Nice staff, good breakfast. The free parking is very convenient, with a covered area ideal for motorbikes.
The location is easily accessible and then with 10 minutes on foot you can reach the center of the beautiful medieval town.
Among the negative notes, the hotel appears to be in need of a general renovation. The corridor to our room was dark and the shower not fully functional.

Ho recentemente partecipato a un viaggio di istruzione con la scuola, trascorrendo quattro giorni all'Hotel Park. L'alloggio era confortevole e le camere ben pulite, ma la mia esperienza è stata purtroppo compromessa dal servizio ristorativo. Durante il soggiorno, ho notato che i pasti erano molto ripetitivi. Ho mangiato la stessa pasta per tre sere consecutive e, cosa ancor più deludente, la minestra servita ai professori il giorno precedente è stata riproposta il giorno dopo, ed era acida. Questo ha reso i pasti poco appetitosi e ha deluso le aspettative di tutti noi. È davvero un peccato, perché l'hotel ha del potenziale, ma spero che possano migliorare l'offerta culinaria in futuro per rendere l'esperienza più piacevole per gli ospiti.

Nulla da eccepire dell'accoglienza, dalla prenotazione all'arrivo in hotel ai saluti finali. Esperienza assolutamente negativa, invece, per quanto riguarda la sala ristorante! Due cameriere così scortesi non le avevo mai conosciute! Durante la colazione ho chiesto GENTILMENTE di poter riempire due borracce (da 250 ml ciascuna!) con dell'acqua (visto che avremmo partecipato alla Ronda Ghibellina) della bottiglia e mi è stato risposto in maniera assolutamente sgarbata "Se tutti riempissero le borracce con l'acqua....casomai ve le riempio dal rubinetto". Sono andata a prendere le borracce ma la mia amica è rimasta nei pressi delle due cameriere che hanno commentato fra loro, in maniera del tutto inopportuna a mio pare, la mia richiesta. Erano scocciate e poco disponibili e sicuramente non adatte ad accogliere clienti in sala. Mi dispiace perchè in un hotel a 4 stelle la gentilezza del personale dovrebbe essere fra i requisiti più apprezzati.... Sicuramente non tornerò in questo albergo e il prossimo anno, in occasione della Ronda, prenoterò altrove...
