Good standard hotel with one star too many (it should have 3 stars). Nice staff, good breakfast. The free parking is very convenient, with a covered area ideal for motorbikes.
The location is easily accessible and then with 10 minutes on foot you can reach the center of the beautiful medieval town.
Among the negative notes, the hotel appears to be in need of a general renovation. The corridor to our room was dark and the shower not fully functional.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel una notte. Camere accoglienti, pulite , spaziose con arredamento moderno come appare dalle foto. Parcheggio gratuito . Posizione ideale per visitare la toscana. Do l'eccellenza per la cortesia del personale, ho perso il bancomat , lo hanno trovato dopo qualche giorno, mi hanno contattato più volte e spedito a domicilio. Sono gesti che fanno la differenza e non ho parole per ringraziarli. Ritorno volentieri e lo consiglio.

Siamo arrivati in hotel a mezzanotte per spezzare il viaggio ed eravamo esausti. Siamo stati accolti da un esilarante portiere di notte che mi ha fatto ridere come una matta, come i migliori comici toscani. Ci ha poi offerto da bere e coccolato come fosse un caro amico o un parente. Il mattino dopo ci attendeva una fantastica colazione. Ci hanno indicato la piscina al quarto piano e ci hanno permesso di tenere la stanza fino ad ora di pranzo per permetterci di cambiarci dopo la piscina. Mai incontrato tanta gentilezza, simpatia e disponibilità in un solo hotel....men che mai in quelli prenotati al volo per spezzare un viaggio. Una fortuna che va raccontata.

Abbiamo pernottato per sei notti ,camera ampia e pulita lo stesso per il bagno. Personale gentile soprattutto la signora Cinzia che gestisce la pulizia delle camere. Colazione ottima con varietà di dolci freschi di pasticceria e ottimo cappuccino Ci ritorneremo sicuramente ♥️

We stayed at this hotel on a trip through Italy for two nights and found it very suitable for our needs: the bathroom is well equipped, everything is clean, and the breakfast is adequate. It is suitable for a short stay. We came from Pisa and explore Rome from here. As we were on a group tour from india they served Indian dinner. That was ok. Check-in and check-out was fast and uncomplicated.

Forse le 4 stelle son troppe, ma oggettivamente la struttura non è niente male. Hall spaziosa e comoda, personale freddino solo a primo impatto perché dimostratosi poi cordiale e disponibile. Camera 342 molto comoda, ampia e luminosa, maxi letto super comodo, bagno spazioso, buona la pulizia in generale. Buona anche la colazione, sia dolce che salata, sia confezionata che fresca. Consigliato👌🏻
