We really liked the hotel: well located, very polite staff. Quiet atmosphere, except in the bar area where the music should be quieter.
The restaurant could have more gastronomic options and different prices, especially in terms of Italian cuisine. It had a low quality-price ratio.
The rooms didn't have the best soundproofing because you could hear the neighbors a lot when they used the bathroom.
It was a very pleasant stay.
We plan to return.

Il villaggio è ben curato, l’area piscina molto bella e grande, la spiaggia pure. Tuttavia da un 4 stelle mi aspetto di più. La camera era piccolissima, una "tripla" con un misero armadio a due ante senza nessun ripiano, solo qualche appendiabiti. Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana in tre e siamo stati costretti a tenere praticamente tutti i vestiti in valigia. Nessun gancio per appendere alcunché in camera. In bagno nemmeno un dispenser per il sapone per le mani, la saponetta si appoggia direttamente sul piano. Pasti nella norma, a volte vi erano tre primi e solo di terra.. Almeno un’opzione di pesce me la aspetterei. Sulla colazione stenderei un velo pietoso. Torte immangiabili (nel vero senso della parola), brioche scongelate, marmellata e miele nelle monoporzioni da supermercato.. Imbarazzante. Prezzi del bar della piscina assurdi. Pregate poi di non aver bisogno di un medico.. Mia figlia è stata poco bene, il medico delle emergenze segnalato dalla reception aveva il telefono spento (ci è arrivato un messaggio che era raggiungibile dopo ben 8 ore - in giornata infrasettimanale tra l'altro), alla guardia medica del paese vicino che in teoria era aperta durante il giorno, non si è trovato nessuno che rispondesse.. Terzo mondo. Il mare molto bello, ma non mi vedranno più.

Lovely setting and great pool and bar area. Ideally situated next to the beach. What let's the resort down is the poor breakfast and attitude of some of the staff. Seem reluctant to replenish food and juices. The head chef clearly has low standards about of food that is served. Room was ok and had a good bathroom. Walls are paper thin though.

Eine wunderschöne Hotelanlage mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Jedoch merkt man, dass an allen Ecken gespart wird (vorallem beim Essen). Leider ist jemand der Allergien hat (Laktose, Gluten, ...) in diesem Hotel sehr schlecht aufgehoben. Viele Extras sehr teuer.

Bella struttura, servizi carenti. Spiaggia a due passi dalla camera, piscina molto grande, ma pavimentazione rovinata e sporca. Nota dolentissima il cibo: livello mensa di bassissima qualità. Solo gli stranieri possono mangiare. Prezzi di acqua e bar da 5 stelle lusso. Rapporto qualità prezzo molto molto deludente.

Splendido resort situato a Castiadas a pochi passi dalle più belle spiagge di Villa Simius e Costa Rei. Giardini stupendi curatissimi come la piscina, ottimi buffet per pranzo cene e colazioni, personale accogliente e sempre pronto ad accontentare ogni singola richiesta. Ci siamo trovati molto bene se non, unica nota, per le dimensioni della stanza un po' piccole : esternamente tutto bellissimo, piccoli villini immersi nel verde, internamente oltre alle piccole dimensioni che, sono comunque indicate sul sito , abbiamo trovato scomodo il bagno dove mancavano alcuni dettagli che ti aspetti di trovare in un resort da 4 stelle, come mensoline di appoggio, porta asciugamani, appendini, uno spazio più grande fra bidet e doccia ( facevo fatica ad infilare la gamba troppo stretto), cose piccole ma che fanno la differenza per questo non posso dare 5 stelle .. inoltre, altra nota, sono le formiche che sebbene piccole erano ovunque all' interno della stanza . Mi spiace veramente non poter dare 5 stelle perché, se non fosse per le camere, questo resort sarebbe veramente il top dei resort.

Location davvero bella e ben tenuta , spiaggia e mare top ... purtroppo non posso dire altrettanto per la qualità del servizio bar / ristorante , cibo e prezzi all'interno della struttura . Il salone per la cena chiude alle 21 e se si vuole fare un'aperitivo in spiaggia o piscina poi bisogna fare tutto di corsa e/o accontentarsi di mangiare freddo ma allo stesso prezzo . Ristorante sulla spiaggia con prezzi spropositati per la qualità e il servizio , 175 euro per un'antipasto in 2 e due secondi con una bottiglia di vino rosè del posto ( che ci siamo dovuti servire da soli nonostante i 3 camerieri per 7 persone a cena ) di 39 euro e un po di frutta . A poche centinaia di metri ( 20 minuti a piedi ) si mangia divinamente , antipasto , primo e secondo , dessert e una bottiglia di vino ( 93 euro compresi i 20 euro di mancia ) !!
