Charmehotel Uhrerhof - Deur

It was such a a treat for me to stay in the Charme Hotel for a week! The beautiful decor, spectacular setting, fabulous food, exceptional pool, sauna and relaxing spa and the warm, helpful and welcoming family members made this the most comfortable and enjoyable place I've ever stayed.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at the Hotel Uhrerfor-Deur on a recent two week trip to Austria/Italy/Germany. We had high hopes for this hotel based on the prior reviews and it definitely lived up to the billing. The hosts at this very small, family run hotel were very accommodating and the facilities excellent. We loved the heated pool and sauna, though we do wish it was open after dinner. The food was delicious with a multi-course meal for each dinner and excellent breakfast each morning. We visited both Seceda and Alpi de Suisi in the same day with the easy access to the cable cars in town. We definitely hope to return to Ortisei and this gem of a hotel.

This hotel and the area are my favorite places on earth. The hotel is so comfortable, beautifully decorated, quiet, and the views are incredible. The surroundings are beautiful and the infinity pool and sauna are very refreshing at the end of a day of hiking or skiing. The food is delicious with gourmet meals every evening with lots of healthy/natural and served with perfection. The family with own the hotel are honest, friendly and so welcoming to all guests from all over the world. I have never experience anything negative. It is just a pleasure to stay here. Over the years I have returned to Hotel Uhrerhor-Deur 15 times. It is my perfect place of reflection, retreat and renewal.

What a special place this family has created. It was absolutely perfect. You can really feel all the personal attention and detail that this family has put in this place over all those years. The service is very professional but also very familiar in the best way. It is like visiting your favorite family. We liked all the personal details around the hotel and in the rooms. The spa is amazing and the diner and breakfast were also very very nice. Great value for money. The hotel is located out of the town Ortisei, it is very quiet around the hotel so you have an amazing nights' sleep.

Family Zemmer and all their staff were just wonderful! Very beautiful location, lovely accommodations, EXCELLENT food and a home away from home. We would definitely go back just to once again stay at their hotel and enjoy their delicious food.

Arrived earlier than check in so my wife and I walked around the entire hotel checking out the rose gardens . We asked about the E bikes and the young son of the owners quickly gave us a brief lesson on how to use them. E Bikes are 27 $ for half day PP . Every penny is well worth it. Biked up to Alpe De Suisse and was floored by the incredible views. Hotel dinners are at 7 pm and we really enjoyed the food and wine. The pool area and spa are amazing as you can imagine by looking at the pictures. Not much to do in this area as it is a sleepy little village. Breakfast was really good with many choices and hot cooked eggs. After getting up early and enjoying the entire Ortesie area we loved coming back to the hotel and going for a swim/Spa then dinner. After dinner drink and then sitting on our balcony. Such a relaxing stay with a great family. Just 1 little thing that we would have liked is if the pool stayed open until at least 7:30 pm . Loved it and want to go again

This was an amazing stay in a beautiful hotel with the most lovely people you can imagine. The food was excellent, delicious! And the pool was amazing. The room was spacious and everything is done with a smile:-) We will be back in summer or in winter:-)
