Alpin Stile Hotel

Albergo pulito, raffinato di buon gusto. Camera stupenda tutta in legno con piumone d'oca leggerissimo ( non sembrava di averlo addosso ) e riscaldamento con buona temperatura , la stanza era calda, pulizia quotidiana e cambio degli asciugamani, letto comodo, e balcone vista alpi. Idromassaggio riscaldato all'aperto, sauna calda ed accogliente. Per me che soffro di varie intolleranze ( simil celiachia ) il proprietario si è munito di alimenti gluten free ed il buffet era abbondante di ogni bene. Gentile rispettoso e disponibile un ottimo proprietario. Un posto che consiglio per un relax vacanziero. Appena ossibile ci tornerò

A pochi chilometri da Ortisei questo piccolo hotel a gestione familiare è una soluzione perfetta. Posizione ideale non solo per la Val Gardena, ma anche per visitare Bolzano e Bressanone (l'autostrada è a meno di mezz'ora). Camera non grande, ma ben studiata e con un bel balcone. Il signor Michele e la mamma sono sempre disponibili per ogni esigenza e per farti sentire in famiglia. Colazione eccellente sia sul salato (speck e carne salada fantastici) che sul dolce (tranne i croissant, tutti i dolci sono fatti in casa, compreso ovviamente il delizioso strudel). Camera silenziosissima e comodo parcheggio davanti all'hotel. Consigliatissimo!

We booked this hotel online directly from their website several weeks before our arrival date; paying the due deposit in advance. On the day of arrival we were welcomed by a lady who insistently asked us if we wanted to pay all the rest due in advance (even before seeing the room), we politely replied that we would have preferred to pay at check-out, as normal practice, for also pay any extras. The lady insists that the owner is not always present and therefore it would be better to pay everything immediately; we kindly point out that since we arrived on Thursday and had to leave on Monday there would certainly be time to meet with the owner for the balance, suggesting Sunday or the same Monday; the discussion ends and we go to the room with the first bags. I then go down alone to get the last things and suddenly, the owner materializes in the reception (the one who wasn't very present), I barely have time to say "good morning" who immediately, in a nervous and very aggressive manner, tells me that he demanded advance payment and that I had to pay immediately; At the time I was quite taken aback especially by the very aggressive tone and I asked him to calm down, explaining to him that it is normal to pay at check-out and that there had been no written indication of a mandatory balance upon arrival, nor at the time of booking, neither in the confirmation email, nor in the pre-check-in request emails; also clarifying that we obviously intended to pay, having already paid the deposit, but we wanted to understand the reason for a request for an immediate balance. The owner wouldn't let me speak and continued to shout at me phrases like "I'm not interested" "you have to pay immediately" "I don't have to write anything anywhere" "pay immediately or I'll throw you out", in all this I tried to stay calm and try to make him see reason, pointing out how aggressive and rude he was, but he continued to verbally attack me without letting me speak, at a certain point he took my room keys, saying "if you don't pay you won't come back into the room", taking them away; I stayed calm because I knew my boyfriend was in the room, otherwise I would have been seriously worried. Once he had the key, he kept yelling at me "if you don't pay I'll throw you out and I'll keep the deposit" (which is obviously embezzlement) adding "do you know how many people like you I've thrown out" (I didn't understand what was referring), to which since I continued to try to make him see reason he suddenly approached me, nervous, threatening me saying "do you want me to slap you twice?" eh?" Do you want two slaps?", telling me to **** off several times ( I cannot insert the complete word or the filter blocks it), at which point I understood that the situation had now degenerated, and that we could no longer reason. Struttura curata nei minimi dettagli, camere accoglienti e pulite. Personale estremamente gentile e disponibile. Colazione invitante e soddisfa ogni gusto. La struttura si trova a soli cinque minuti di macchina da Ortisei, in un luogo tranquillo e silenzioso Ci siamo sentiti a casa.

Abbiamo trascorso 5 gg i questa struttura eccellente nei servizi e nella pulizia. Con nostro figlio di due anni, abbiamo dormito nella suite. Stanza amplia luminosa ben riscaldata. Colazione abbondante ogni mattina con torte sempre diverse, cornetti cornflakes, e salato. Ho provato anche la spa. Ottima esperienza rilassante. Da provare anche la piscina esterna (nella stagione estiva).
