Struttura stupenda, are wellness incredibile, cibo ottimo e anche l’accoglienza, servizio di navetta che ti porta in centro e ti viene a prendere quando vuoi. Il ristorante dell’hotel è stupendo e lo chef cucina delle prelibatezze ! Consigliatissimo

Sehr schönes, familiäres Hotel in wunderbar ruhiger Umgebung. Frühstücksbuffett mit toller Auswahl und auch die Halbpension kann sich sehen lassen. Saisonale und lokale Gerichte. Alles mehrsprachig. Toller Saunabereich und viele schwimmgelegenheiten. Wer einen Transfer ins Zentrum von Ortisei oder zur Seiser Alm benötigt bekommt diesen gratis vom Hotel. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub, in dem ich voll entspannen konnte. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Excellent stay
A very well-managed hotel. We stayed 3 nights recently on a week long trip in the Dolomites and this was hands down our favourite stay. The food is delicious, the menu is thoughtful and extremely well priced. Staff (from the restaurant to front desk to shuttle driver) is not just friendly but accommodating and helpful. Rooms are clean, cosy and functional. Views are stunning as well. Highly recommend all across the board

Hotel classico ma con tutti i moderni confort. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Pulizia top in tutti gli ambienti. Camera spaziosa, confortevole con pavimenti e arredamenti in legno e veduta pazzesca sulle montagne. SPA molto bella, piscina esterna con vista mozzafiato su Ortisei. Cena gourmet. Parcheggio coperto gratuito. Uno splendido soggiorno.

We were fortunate enough to be allocated newly refurbished suite 144 - a beautiful large room with twin aspect balconies. Bathroom and shower exceptional. Plenty of storage. Bed was lovely but pillows could have done with a change (our fault, we should have mentioned, sure it would have been dealt with in a flash). Cleaning great. Spa extensive and heated indoor and outdoor pools very special! Food was excellent and all staff lovely. We were on an InnTravel holiday and have complimented them on their choice of this family run hotel. Things it might be helpful to know: - shampoo is a eco friendly shampoo bar which (at least on my hair) didn’t work - hairdryer fine - no tea and coffee making facilities in the room - robes and waterproof slippers provided - if walking back to the hotel from Ortisei there is a bit of a sharp hill right at the end but you can always use the hotel mini bus or the local free bus which stops right outside. If we go back to the area we will stay here.

Pluspunkte: Netter Empfang. Koffer wurden auf das Zimmer gebracht. Leider kein Getränk angeboten. Shuttle Service zum Lift oder nach St. Ulrich. Fahrer sehr nett. Großzügige Liegewiese. Hatten ein tolles Zimmer (war auch höherwertig vom Preis). Ein 2jähriges Kind sollte als Vollzahler gelten, wurde dann nicht von uns gebucht. Spabereich. Minus: Sehr viele Engländer und Amerikaner. Dadurch war es im Speisesaal sehr laut. Diese wurden von den Chefs sehr hofiert, andere Gäste kaum. Essen: Frühstück ausreichend, aber immer das gleiche. Jause: nur zwei immer gleiche Salate. Wenig abwechslungsreich. Abendessen: War gut. Dessertbuffet immer das gleiche Obst. Anwendungen: Nur an drei Tagen von der gleichen Dame am Nachmittag.

Just back from a wonderful week's stay at La Perla in Ortisei. The hotel is the ideal place to unwind in today's busy world. The location is ideal, outside of the busy town centre and has lovely views towards the mountains. A curtesy mini bus takes you to the centre of town or the lift stations whenever you need it, so its much nicer to be located in a pretty location outside of busy town. We were greeted with a friendly welcome from the lovely receptionists. Indeed all the staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. Special mention must go to our waiter Paulo, who always greeted us with a cheery hello every morning and was very professional. The food is excellent, both breakfasts with an extensive buffet and delicious omelettes cooked to order and the 4 course evening meals. All set in a lovely dining room with beautiful views. The pool and sauna areas are fantastic and we loved coming back to a swim and sauna after our daily walks, or just relaxing on a sun lounger by the pool. There is also a gym which is needed to work off the calories from afternoon tea! The hotel organises complimentary activities and we had an excellent guided walk in the stunning mountains with Roland who was very knowledgeable. All in all a fabulous week and we hope to go back.

Non manca nulla dalla piscina ai massaggi al mangiare quello che colpisce e la pulizia è jn particolare delle camere dopo tre pernottamenti cambiano tutta la biancheria del letto m successo negli altri hotel l anno prossimo ritornerò di sicuro lo consiglio
