Ein tolles, wunderschönes Haus und die Personen die in diesem Haus arbeiten, machen den Aufenthalt so angenehm. Zudem die Speisen und Getränke in Kombination mit dem Hotel, die alte Stube vom Restaurant und der Holzbau mit Pool vom Hotel machen das Ganze einzigartig.

Esperienza straordinaria. La struttura è meravigliosa, architettonicamente immersa con discrezione in un paesaggio favoloso, ben curata in ogni dettaglio e molto ben organizzata. Dal garage a 5 stelle alla spa molto accogliente e di gran qualità. Servizi eccellenti grazie ad uno staff gentilissimo e preparato (tutti splendidi!) guidato da proprietari meravigliosi, super cordiali ed evidentemente innamorati del proprio mestiere. Cibo eccellente con possibilità di menù alla carte ogni sera. Abbiamo soggiornato nello chalet godendo sia del meraviglioso camino interno che della sauna privata posizionata sul terrazzo con vista su panorami unici. Comodità senza eguali nel mettersi gli sci ai piedi prelevando scarponi caldi per partire direttamente verso gli impianti la mattina e rientrare il pomeriggio direttamente “in camera”. Atmosfera soft ed elegante nonostante il periodo sicuramente affollato. Insomma, già consigliato a moltissimi amici. Torneremo senz’altro!

Bellissima struttura perfettamente inserita nell'altopiano di Siusi. E' stata un'esperienza indimenticabile grazie alla professionalità dello staff, l'ottima cucina e l'atmosfera familiare e rilassante dell'hotel. Sicuramente sulle Alpi di Siusi è la scelta migliore.

Struttura stupenda con particolare attenzione alla cura degli ospiti, camere completamente insonorizzate e tutte in legno pulizia ottima. SPA dotata di tutti i comfort e molto ampia per la struttura, bagni di vapore in sauna stupendo e personale molto disponibile per la clientela. Il ristorante offre un menu completo e alla carta, la famiglia che gestisce la struttura sempre sorridente e disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza, ritorneremo sicuramente.

Wir waren jetzt vor Weihnachten das fünfte Mal im Tirler und wir kommen definitiv wieder ! Wir haben uns (wie immer) von Anfang an rund um wohl gefühlt! Es fängt schon beim herzlichen Empfang an der Rezeption an! Aber auch das komplette Personal ist rund um freundlich und zuvorkommend! Super schöne Zimmer und eine 1A Wellnesslandschaft mit Aufguss an drei Tagen in der Woche! Frühstück und Abendessen sind einfach grandios! Liebe Sandra, liebe Hannes, Ihr habt ein wunderschönes Hotel und ein super tolles Team! Macht weiter so! Wir freuen uns auf unsere nächsten Urlaube bei euch!

Schlechtestes Essen, das ich je in Südtirol gegessen habe! Wir waren zu dritt zum Abendessen dort. Reserviert hatten wir beim Hotel Tirler und wurden zum Essen in die Alm geschickt, in der man uns einen Tisch reserviert hatte. Das Wiener Schnitzel hat nicht nur schlecht geschmeckt, auch die Konsistenz des noch halb rohen Fleisches, das zudem viel zu dick war, hat nichts mit der eines Wiener Schnitzels zu tun gehabt. Es war nichts gewürzt und auch die Preiselbeeren waren nicht schmackhaft. Auf dem Teller war vergammelter Rucola als Salatgarnitur angerichtet. Der gemischte Salat hat ebenso alt und eklig geschmeckt. Die Tagliatelle mit Steinpilzen waren eine mini Portion, die auch einfach nach nichts geschmeckt hat. Der Appetit war uns vergangen, wir ließen mehr als die Hälfte des Essens zurück gehen, aus Angst, uns was einzufangen. Das kann kein Koch gewesen sein, der das verbrochen hat!! Das Personal nahm unseren Hinweis, dass das Essen schlecht sei, zur Kenntnis. Man wollte uns andere Dinge anbieten, die wir dankend ablehnten. Nach der bislang gemachten Erfahrung wollten wir so schnell wie möglich raus aus dem Laden! 100 Euro für ein Essen solch miserabler Qualität ist eine Frechheit! Bloß nicht hingehen!
