Siamo tornati in questo billissimo albergo. Sempre tutto perfetto e accoglient. Le stanze fatte un po nuove e sempre molto pulito tutto anche centro benessere molto bello. Servizio come sempre molto attento e proffesionale. La gestine molto giovane ma molto attenti e sempre a disposizione. Grazie Sandra e Hannes per la bellissima accoglienza

Esperienza perfetta, ervamo in questo bellissimo albergo molto accogliente. La stanza arredata bellissima con tanto guto e molto pulito!!! Centro benessere il più belle che ho visto e potevo usufrire. I titolari molto accoglienti e sempre gentile ed a nostra disposizione. Colazione e cena mancava niente. Torneremo di siccuro!!!

Wunderschönes Hotel, sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Das Essen lässt keine Wünsche offen. Morgens draußen gefrühstückt, mit einem traumhaften Ausblick in die Natur. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und wunderschön eingerichtet. Im Wellness Bereich konnten wir uns nach den Wanderungen sehr gut entspannen. Wunderschöner Pool mit angenehmer Temperatur. Ich war 2 mal im Spa Bereich, dass war so entspannend , Concetta strahlt so eine Ruhe aus, klasse! Wir haben einen traumhaften Urlaub in diesem Hotel erlebt, es hat eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre. Wir brauchten kein Auto und konnten die Wanderungen und Radtouren vom Hotel aus starten.

L’hotel è piacevole e ben curato, ma purtroppo la gestione ha profondamente compromesso il nostro soggiorno. In particolare, una signora dello staff ha mostrato atteggiamenti altezzosi e inappropriati, davvero poco rispettose verso i clienti. Questa mancanza di professionalità ha reso l’esperienza sgradevole. Fortunatamente, il personale del ristorante si è distinto per cordialità e attenzione, offrendo un servizio impeccabile e un sorriso sincero. Mai accaduta una cosa così in anni di vacanze estive e invernali in Trentino, località meravigliosa e di persone cordiali e con grande attenzione ai clienti. Purtroppo, il comportamento del personale alla reception è stato sufficiente a farci decidere di non tornare più al Tirler e a sconsigliare questa struttura ad altri viaggiatori.

Ottima struttura incastonata in un contesto bellissimo, tutto perfetto dall'accoglienza alla camera alla zona spa / piscina ,viene posta particolare attenzione alla qualità del cibo proposto e ad eventuali intolleranze. Menu vario e di ottima qualiità, sia a colazione che a cena, cantina dei vini super fornita con tantissime etichette. Personale preparato professionale e sempre disponibile, si percepiva un'ambiente familiare ma in un contesto molto elegante e caratteristico ( una chicca il ristorante ) Possibilità di usufruire del servizio guida dell'hotel per le escursioni a piedi o in bici , Hannes ci ha fatto scroprire gli angoli più belli dell'alpe di siusi proponendo varie escursioni, spiegandoci nel dettaglio ogni parte visitata aggiungendo aneddoti e racconti sempre interessanti . Grazie Tirler per la bella settimana passata con voi !!!
