The location of the hotel is great. In summer, there is a whole green grassland with a very good view. In winter, there is a comprehensive snow scene. After all, it is a famous ski resort.
The front desk, bar, restaurant and room service staff are all very polite, courteous and make you feel comfortable.

I was amazed by Alpina
I decided to go to the Dolomites on this trip.
Although it was autumn, it was still very comfortable.
Spending more than 1,000 euros a night, I also got to experience the lifestyle of the rich in Europe and the freedom of integrating into nature.
When I woke up early in the morning, I saw the Alps and felt like I was in a movie and a painting.

This is an exceptional hotel . The facilities are superb , positioned on the slopes with excellent restaurants . But most of all the people are warm , friendly , approachable and nothing is too much trouble. They genuinely seem to be enjoying themselves too whilst taking care of their guests.

Heerlijk hotel in de Dolomieten, ideaal voor ski in, ski out, aan de voet van de skiliften. Wij hebben er een week gelogeerd. Voor de ski fanaten zijn er in de kelder lockers waar je je ski materiaal kan laten opbergen, laten opbergen want de mensen van het hotel doen dat voor jouw, deze lockers ( 1 per kamer) zijn te openen met de kamer sleutel. Verder kan je ook ter plaatse het materiaal huren. De kamers zijn groot en uitgerust met een zeer grote badkamer en uitgebreide kasten om alles op te bergen, het kingsize bed is uitstekend. Het hotel beschikt over een uitgebreide spa met indoor/outdoor zwembad van 29°C, heerlijk. Ook het aanbod aan massages is uitgebreid. Het ontbijt is heerlijk en zeer gevarieerd ,met zicht op de pistes, lunch hadden we in het Alpina chalet dat ook tot het hotel behoort en dat via onderaardse gangen bereikbaar is, ze hebben een uitgebreide kaart. Verder is er een mooie bar met zicht op de bergen en een een pool tafel, voor de rokers is er een aparte ruimte. Dinner is een zaak van keuzes, je hebt het gewone restaurant met 1 vaste kaart en een dagmenu die je naar wens door elkaar kan mixen, je hebt een uitstekend visrestaurant ( op tijd reserveren) en ook een avond grill in de chalet, het eten was uitstekend, het personeel zeer attent en vriendelijk. Eigentlich schreibe ich ungern Bewertungen bei tripadvisor, sondern gebe meine Kritik direkt beim Hotel ab. Nur leider wird man auch als Stammgast nicht erhört. Das blaue Konzept, naja, unpassend, aber nicht so schlimm. Keine Tischdecken im 5 Sterne Hotel, nicht wirklich akzeptabel. Vor allem versteht scheinbar keiner, dass es nicht nur Design sondern zB auch Lautstärke und Gemütlichkeit determiniert. Das Essen: leider in vielen Punkten schwächer geworden, gerade das Essen war immer eine Stärke. Service: es spricht kaum noch jemand Deutsch, obwohl wir im Deutschsprachigen Teil von Südtirol sind, ok, zumindest gutes Englisch wäre schön. Viele Kleinigkeiten funktionieren nicht (streamen auf den TV, Essen abräumen im Zimmer,…). Leider bringt Design um jeden Preis eben auch viele andere Punkte mit, die zumindest uns nicht gefallen: kaum Licht im Zimmer, wenig Gemütlichkeit in vielen Bereichen, etc. Chalet: die Musik ist so laut vom Restaurant, so dass man wirklich nicht mehr nach dem Skifahren da sitzen kann, zumindest nicht mit Kindern, auch kann man nicht mehr in den chalet Suites wohnen, das ist so nervig laut. Schade, wir sind so gerne auf der Seiser Alm, aber wir schauen jetzt nach Alternativen. Und davon gibt es ja zum Glück viele.

Cuatro días en este maravilloso hotel en medio de un impresionante paisaje. La decoración es preciosa, la tranquilidad , la comida de sus tres restaurantes o la piscina exterior hacen no querer marcharte nunca. Se sale a las pistas con los esquís puestos directamente del hotel. El personal muy simpático y servicial. Agradecer a Valentina en recepción su ayuda con un problema que tuvimos con nuestro coche. Una cosa a tener en cuenta: llegando por carretera mejor no seguir Google maps pues te lleva a Bulla hasta una camino sin acceso. Hay que llegar a Castelrotto y después subir a Alpe di Siusi. Creo que debería haber mejores indicaciones para llegar al hotel.
