Las instalaciones del hotel son magníficas, no asi el servicio. Desde el check in hasta la ubicación de la mesa para el desayuno. El personal trata de parecer amable pero solo dicen no. El spa es espectacular y las habitaciones son bonitas. El desayuno esta muy bien. Tuvimos un inconveniente con la reserva y la persona a cargo no se acercó ni en el check in ni en el check out, pese a haber estado cerca en ambas oportunidades. Nos cobraron una diferencia de tarifa difícil de justificar.

Un soggiorno perfetto in un hotel fantastico! Ottima la cucina, magnifica la spa con una vista mozzafiato su Castelrotto e le montagne,ma il vero punto forte dell'hotel è il personale! Tutti gentilissimi, professionali e cortesia, mi hanno coccolata per una settimana intera! Unico appunto: la proprietaria potrebbe sorridere un poco di più ai clienti! Grazie davvero a tutti e a presto!

Abbiamo appena trascorso tre giorni in questo meraviglioso albergo e non possiamo fare a meno di esprimere la nostra sincera gratitudine. La struttura è incantevole, elegante e accogliente, con un arredamento che riesce a combinare raffinatezza e calore, facendoci sentire subito a casa. Ogni angolo della struttura è pensato per garantire il massimo del comfort, con una cura dei dettagli che non passa inosservata. Il ristorante propone piatti con abbinamenti gourmet, ma porzioni abbondanti che ci hanno lasciato davvero soddisfatti. Ma quello che colpisce più di ogni altra cosa sono le PERSONE.. Cio che ci ha rubato il cuore sono proprio loro, lo staff, che con la loro infinita gentilezza, attenzione e disponibilità, ci hanno fatto sentire parte di una famiglia. Sempre sorridenti e pronti a venire incontro a ogni nostra esigenza, sono riusciti a rendere il nostro soggiorno davvero speciale. In soli tre giorni, ci hanno conquistato con la loro calorosa ospitalità. Un grazie di cuore a Francesca, Gianluca, Massimo, Manuele, Alberto, Vanessa e a tutto il meraviglioso team. La passione con cui vi dedicate al vostro lavoro è palpabile e ci ha lasciato un ricordo indelebile. Continuate così, perché quello che fate non è solo accogliere gli ospiti, ma trasmettere amore e passione in ogni gesto.

Hotel in stile contemporaneo, elegante e silenzioso. Notevole la spa e soprattutto la piscina coperta all'ultimo piano con vista sul campanile. Personale affabile ma al servizio di ristorazione pecca di inesperienza. Colazione al di sotto dello standard atteso per il livello della struttura, con affettati che restano per diversi giorni senza sostituzione. A cena, il pane disponibile pare essere quello avanzato a colazione...

Wished we had more time!
We were treated with a friendly welcome that never ended during our short four night stay. The hotel is conveniently located near several grocery stores, a drug store, and many restaurants. We enjoyed the free use of a backpack and tote bag.

Hotel Moderno, pulito e molto grande con ampi spazi. Noi avevamo una standard, ben arredata e con ottima divisione degli spazi. Il bagno è suddiviso un due stanze ossia una stanza con lavandino e doccia e una stanza con water bidè e un piccolo lavandino. Ampio il ristorante con un ottimo buffet. Per quanto riguarda la cena buoni i piatti anche se un pò ricercati e quindi dipende da gusti. Bravissimi e simpaticissimi i camerieri nonchè il ragazzo del bar veramente bravo e simpatico. La parte molto bella è la Spa sul tetto con ampie vetrate che permettono di rilassarsi godendo del panorama, oppure stando nella vasca idromassaggio all'aperto sempre sul tetto. Veramente spettacolare. Essendo molto moderno sconta un pò di freddezza, ma anche questo dipende da gusti, comunque nel complesso una struttura dove tornerei. Bene.
