Highly recommended. Everything about the hotel is very good. The room is very big. You can see the church in the center of the town from the window. You can watch the sunset from the balcony every day. There is a sumptuous afternoon tea break every afternoon, which is FREE. After a day of skiing at four o'clock in the afternoon, I returned to the hotel and went to the SPA on the fifth floor to soak in the comfortable hot springs. Then enjoy afternoon tea. Go back to the room and take a nap, you don’t have to eat dinner. The breakfast was also very rich. There is a different buffet every night.

Una bellissima esperienza. L'hotel è curatissimo nei minimi dettagli. Camere pulite e profumatissime. La Spa e la piscina sia interna che esterna riscaldate (circa 32 °) belle e curate, accappatoio e ciabatte a disposizione nella stanza. Per il mio compleanno ho chiesto di salire dopo cena all'ultimo piano in piscina prendendo la torta e la bottiglia di prosecco e sono stata benissimo all'interno di un gazebo tutto illuminato e un panorama bellissimo. Per la cena ho trovato un tavolo ben preparato, un piccolo omaggio per il compleanno ed un biglietto di auguri, che rivelano una grande attenzione per gli ospiti. Cibo molto buono e piatti preparati con cura. Con la pensione 3/4 avevamo a disposizione anche un piccolo ristoro pomeridiano sia dolce che salato. La colazione è buona e tutto lo staff è gentilissimo. Castelrotto si raggiunge a piedi in cinque minuti con una breve passeggiata. Mentre per l'Alpe di Siusi si prende la funivia a Siusi. Alla funivia si può arrivare in macchina o con l'autobus che ferma proprio davanti all'hotel. Su in cima un paesaggio incantato bellissimo. Unico consiglio aggiungerei nel bagno un dispenser anche di shampo e balsamo.

Nachdem wir bereits in einigen Wellness-Hotels in Südtirol waren, müssen wir leider sagen, dass das Abinea nicht unseren Erwartungen entsprochen hat, insbesondere aufgrund des hohen Preisniveaus. Das Design des Abinea ist wirklich ansprechend. Auswahl bei Frühstück und Abendessen ist gut, wiederholt sich aber insb. beim Buffet regelmäßig. Das Menü ist durchaus raffiniert, die Qualität hat uns aber nicht bei jedem Gang überzeugt. Die Zimmer verfügen über keine Klimaanlage, was im Hochsommer bei dem Preisniveau unerwartet für uns war. Der beheizte Handtuchhalter zum Trocknen der Badesachen war ausgeschaltet aus Kostengründen, wie man uns an der Rezeption sagte. Am schlimmsten war allerdings ein sehr lautes Brummen im Wellnessbereich, was Entspannung leider unmöglich machte. Also im Grunde nach, mit wenigen Ausnahmen, ein solides 4-Sterne-Hotel. Das Preisniveau hatte aber Erwartungen an Service und Komfort geweckt, die leider nicht erfüllt wurden.

Das Hotel ist sehr familiär geführt und der Wohlfühlcharakter ist sofort da! Die Zimmer sind sehr freundlich, sauber und alles vorhanden was einen sorgenfreien Urlaub bietet. Die Essensauswahl ist sehr gut und ausreichend.

Tutto benissimo. La spa è davvero bella e tenuta bene. La camera era romantica con letto rotondo. Ottima la pulizia. Finalmente ho ritrovato un buffet a cena notevole e anche la cena stessa e la colazione niente da dire! Io sono celiaca e non ho avuto nessun problema, ha avuto ampia scelta anche a colazione. Siamo stati solo per un week end, e abbiamo fatto la merenda del pomeriggio una volta, forse si può migliorare. Ad ogni modo un posto in cui tornerei anche per continuare a visitare la valle di Susi che è incantevole!
