I booked in Villa Bertagni from 11 until 16th August 2024. I book all my trips in Booking, for the 1st time I booked this Villa without the possibility of cancellation, as it was a last minute decision and there were almost no more accomodations in the area anymore, August is always a very busy month. Unfortunately my mother had a serious accident and I had no option than cancel all my trip to Italy. Due to the serious accident, I got the refund of all my trip, even flight tickets without cancellation options but as I have Certificates and all documentation of my mother accident, I got the refund of all except Villa Bertagni. I talked to Booking (they wrote 2 emails to the property, they were very helpful and kind supporting me), I called Villa Bertagni and talked to the owner who asked me to send an email. In few words, I tallked to the property, I sent the email they advised, Booking sent 2 emails and there were simply NO REPLIES, no answers, nothing! I paid 663€ and they didnt have the minor education, respect nor comprehension to the situation I had, zero human solidarity. I also sent to the owner the Medical Certificate of my mother requesting even a partial refund or a Voucher for further use ... Simply no answer!! Do we really want to meet this kind of people who do not care at all of their customers?? Disgusting!! Not even a reply! ... Shame on you Villa Bertagni!!! Money suckers and horrible behaviour!!
