Hotel situato nell'entroterra di peschiera dG vicino al campo da golf. Da fuori la struttura è moderna anche se non proprio facile da raggiungere visto le poche indicazioni e strade chiuse. Anche all'interno lo stile è molto moderno e non rispecchia però il mio ideale di eleganza e rusticità. Comunque sia il suo ristorante all'interno mi è piaciuto molto. Cucina con self service sia per pietanze che il bere; ma soprattutto pietanze ben cucinate e curate. Consiglio questo hotel per vacanze brevi mordi e fuggi o come base di partenza per escursioni sul lago di garda e dintorni.

Our appartment was opposite reception and it was horrible. Dirty damp dark full of mosquitos. We all had very bad bites from the beds. The floor was filthy if we had a mop we would have cleaned it ourselves. The onsight shop was closed for the winter there was no where at all where you could even buy a bottle of water. Definitely nit a 3 star as advertised. Jet 2 please sort 🙏

Ho dormito solo una notte in questa struttura, il materasso anche se king size, non è di qualità, un vero peccato. Mi sarei aspettato una colazione da re, ed invece non ho potuto farla, perché mi hanno chiesto 60€ a testa aggiuntive per anticipare di un'ora la colazione. Ho partecipato ad una granfondo e ho chiesto di anticipare di un'ora dalle 7:30 alle 6:30.

Mi alzo alle 5 del mattino e verso le 8 prenoto una stanza per la sera con la cena,dopo circa 12 ore di auto arrivo vicino all hotel imposto il navigatore che mi fa prendere una strada sterrata e pure chiusa per lavori. Riposto il navigatore questa volta mi fa passare per un campo, spazientito chiamo l hotel chiedo dove dovessi andare che ero stanco e volevo cenare e dormire. Faccio altri 6 km raggiungo l hotel parcheggio scarico i bagagli i PC del lavoro e mi reco al banco dicendo di avere una prenotazione. Mi dicono che per fare il check in devo riandare in macchina fare un pezzo di strada e poi ritornare lì. Io mi chiedo perché al telefono non me lo hanno detto giusto per rispetto dei clienti che soggiornano in 4 stelle ( questo e un trattamento da b&b) mi spazientisco chiedo la cancellazione della prenotazione spendo 15 minuti di tempo prenoto un altro 4 stelle lo raggiungo subito in quanto non stava in mezzo ai boschi,spendo di meno e senza prenotazione o caparra in 5 minuti ero in camera con i bagagli. Se volevo guidare in mezzo al nulla, per poi arrivare in struttura e stanco morto riprendere l auto x fare il check in altrove mi prenotavo un 2 stelle a 50€ e uscivo al ristorante. P.s da Lazise dista circa 6 km io grazie all ottimo posizione ho impiegato un ora e ne ho fatti 26

Hotel molto bello ed enorme. Camere pulite, l’unica pecca che a volte non c’era nessuno alla reception. Al congresso nella stanza ci sono da cambiare le sedie sono troppo odiose. Per la colazione buona a buffet. Per il pranzo stessa cosa con tante varietà di cibo dall’antipasto al dolce. Davanti c’è un campo da golf, un bel parcheggio esterno e pure interno.

È la prima volta che mi capita di arriva in un hotel e dover riprendere l’auto per andare a fare il check-in alla reception che si trova in un’altra struttura. Capisco la grandezza della struttura ma dovrebbero attrezzare ogni singola sede a fare tutto non solo il check-out. Per altro trovo inaccettabile che non vengano forniti in stanza le coperte e che alla richiesta all’info point della struttura ci venga detto che data la giornata piovosa in molti aveva chiesto ed erano finite quindi ce ne hanno date 3 su 4 (le ultime), ma di inverso come fanno? Chiudono o tengono i riscaldamenti a 38 gradi?! Colazione abbondante ma scadente nei prodotti anche qui vista la grandezza della struttura c’era d’aspettarselo, inoltre tutto molto caotico e distribuito male. Mi spiace ma con un 4 stelle S non c’entra proprio nulla e non basta fregiarsi di campi da golf o piscine, i servizi base ci devono essere e anche buoni. Non lo consiglio.

The hotel has the potential to be very good with lots of space, good pool areas and a golf course. However, the hotel tends to cater for corporate hospitality or bus parties. It is not suited to a couples holiday. We went AI as the hotel was a bit out of town. However, being AI seemed like being a second class citizen as all our drinks were served in one use plastic disposable cups. People who payed at the bar got glasses. We even had to pay for lemonade because the only soft drink mixers were orange and cola. The bar staff were lazy and hard to find at times. The entertainment at the bar of an evening consisted of a singers singing off the words on a laptop on the Saturday night and a kids show on the Sundsy. There was no more. There were 3 pool areas but only one, the smallest one, had a bar that was included in the AI. There was no music or other entertainment at the pool. The cleaning staff usually only made the bed and maybe, if you were lucky, changed the towels. As I said, the hotel is a bit out of town, but the roads to town are not great with a busy motorway junction between town and the hotel. There is a free shuttle to town that runs at certain times but that only takes you to town. We hired a car so could get about but if we hadn't there were no travel agents or advertisements advertising trips. This is a nice area to visit but just not at this hotel.
