Fantastic resort with great restaurants and atmosphere (especially Cantina), spa as well as pools. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Can highly recommend the location. Also ideal location to do some wine tastings nearby or visit cities like Florence and Siena.

Tra le più belle strutture ricettive che ci siano in Italia. Tra le colline toscane più ricercate per i vini ed i paesaggi questo borgo storico offre vacanze di livello impareggiabile. In aggiunta a ciò c'è un ristorante denominato Contrada, da pochissimo entrato in Michelin, che offre una cucina contemporanea che pesca nella tradizione.

Esperienza stupenda,sicuramente da rifare!! Struttura davvero stupenda e ben organizzata,sono rimasto davvero sorpreso dalla s.p.a,e dalla gentilezza ed efficienza del personale,davvero gente qualificata, cosa che non si trova da tutte le parti.

Ho passato una giornata a Castel Monastero, come ho messo piede in hotel sono stata accolta da uno staff meraviglioso e preparato, la cosa che ho apprezzato di più è stata la pace che aleggia nell’aria , non ho potuto far a meno di notare la pulizia e l’attenzione al dettaglio ci ritornerò sicuramente con il mio gruppo di amici.

Great location, rooms are very clean and all the staff was amazing! Highly advised if you looking for comfort and relax, the house keeping team was attentive as well as reception, spa and restaurants, probably the best resort in Tuscany, we will certainly be back.

Strepitosa esperienza in un leading hotel come "Castel Monastero", devo dire che le aspettative sono state addirittura superate. Fino a che non si vive l'esperienza, non si può comprendere cosa offre questo hotel 5 stelle lusso. Veramente meraviglioso, immerso in un verde impeccabilmente curato. Le diverse offerte culinarie soddisfano anche i palati più esigenti. La qualità prezzo non ha eguali. Soggiorno incantevole. La CORTESIA e la CLASSE con le quali Vi occupate attentamente sono le Vostre prerogative distinte, perciò Vi auguro di raccogliere tante soddisfazioni perché le meritate ampiamente. Tornerò sicuramente!

Bella struttura storica. La camera, situata nella parte più antica del castello è grande e gode di una caratteristica vista della corte de castello, anche grazie ad una torretta. Il bagno è molto comodo con doccia walk-in e prodotti Dr. Vrenje. L'armadio è spazioso, fattore indispensabile per chi come me viaggia con molti bagagli. L'arredamento è completo! Garantisce qualità del sonno e comfort a qualsiasi ora del giorno, soprattutto al momento della colazione. Qualche disguido con il servizio in camera, ma risolto in pochi minuti e qualche incomprensione con il personale della piscina, ma che non hanno pregiudicato l'intero soggiorno, piacevole grazie alla disponiblità di tutto il personale.

Castel Monastero is undoubtedly one of the finest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The bedrooms are stunning. They manage to mix quintessential Tuscan living with modern luxury. I really appreciated the care that the cleaners took to ensure that my room was spotless each day, as well as the turn-down service they offered in the evening. The hotel has 3 pools, including 1 indoor pool, as well as ample sun loungers. The pool bar staff are extremely attentive, and the food served here is exceptional. Beyond the pool, there are plenty of facilities at the hotel to enjoy, including a tennis court (with a stunning view of the surrounding Tuscan countryside), and a fully-equipped gym. There are 2 restaurants on site - Contrada and La Cantina, both of which are excellent. We dined in the Cantina almost every night of our stay, as their homemade pasta was just too good to miss! Indeed, all the food at the hotel, from breakfast through to dinner, is of the highest quality. The staff at La Cantina were incredibly hospitable and they really made every dinner special. In fact, every member of staff at the hotel is extremely polite and welcoming, they go above and beyond to ensure you have a restful stay. We will deeply miss Castel Monastero, it is an exceptional hotel and I can only hope everyone gets to experience this place for themselves. Thank you.

We came for the Palio on an organised trip and had a fantastic time. Even when the race got postponed one day the hotel leapt into action and made sure we could stay for the rescheduled race. Fantastic hotel and Sienna around Palio time is brilliant
