Etat inquiétant de délabrement de cet hôtel dont la réalité ne correspond absolument pas aux photos des différents sites qui le présentent. - terrain en friche et non entretenu, dans lequel on peut trouver des objets à mettre à la déchetterie, notamment une cuvette de wc. - une terrasse absolument pas entretenue (feuilles mortes de l’hiver, taches, branches…) sur laquelle il est impossible de prendre un verre ou se détendre, le mobilier y étant d’une saleté repoussante - odeur nauséabonde dans le hall d’accueil, due notamment à l’utilisation d’un fort parfum de synthèse qui tente de masquer des odeurs plus que suspectes qui soulèvent le coeur - Accueil plus que détestable par la personne, un homme âgé, de l'accueil - Propreté des chambres très approximative (photos jointes). - aucun des petits gestes que l’on trouve habituellement dans ce genre d’établissement : aucune bouilloire, ni sèche-cheveux, pas même une boîte de kleenex dans les chambres - un frigo présent mais qui ne fonctionnait pas - Un local vélo immonde, dans lequel gisent des vélos abandonnés, couverts de poussières et de toiles d’araignées. Mes amis et moi-même avons donc l’impression d’avoir été victime d’une arnaque et d’une publicité mensongère.

Hôtel bien placé
L'établissement est très bien placé à proximité du centre vielle et vers les bords du canal du midi.
Chambre confortable, salle de bain en état impeccable.
Bon rapport qualité / prix.
Petit déjeuner complet en buffet.
L'hôtel dispose d'un local vélo sécurisé. Parfait pour aller faire des balades en famille le long du canal.

Nous etions de passage pour une nuit, tres bon acceuil par un monsieur, mais cependant un deuxieme present se permettait de faire des reflexions deplacees aux clients.
C est dommage parce que l hotel est tres bien mais il fait fuir les clients.

Moyen et à rénover
Cet hôtel a besoin d'être rénové ainsi que les alentours. Il y a un bâtiment triste à côté de l'hôtel et le parking a de la boue et des feuilles et n'est pas entretenu. J'ai séjourné deux fois maintenant en raison de la proximité de mon travail, mais c'est la seule raison. Je trouve le personnel "indifférent" et il n'y a pas d'accueil chaleureux. Les chambres sont spacieuses mais la télévision est minuscule. La vue sur le canal est magnifique bien sûr.
