We arrived tired from a long cycle and had to look at an email to find the code to the door to get in. No person on site after that for 2 hours....
Good location but very basic rooms and high price compared to other nearby properties.
We rented relatively last minute and it was one of our few available options....

C'est toujours avec un très grand plaisir que nous faisons une halte au Grand Bassin, et que nous apprécions, à chaque fois, l'accueil, la tranquillité, le confort des chambres, la vue sur le bassin. Une expérience vraiment très très agréable !!

Not to our taste.
Accommodation not to my taste. Was led to believe it was a small hotel with restaurant but no evening food available even though we asked for it. Style of room was eclectic and functional only.
I wanted to move on but partner had done a lot of driving and needed to stop.

Brilliant location on the banks of the basin and only a short walk from town. Highly recommend this property for any stay in Castelnaudary

Accueil très moyen. La personne n'est pas là. On est rentré trempé du vélo et la dame refuse d'activer la chaudière pour un demi degré. Prix donc excessif! Chambre confortables mais équipements défectueux. Petit déjeuner moyen fait tout seul. Globalement: rapport qualité/prix nul
