Hotel facile da raggiungere, adeguato per una gita sulla neve, che sia Sirino o Pollino. Personale molto affabile e disponibile. Nella nostra permanenza la struttura ha ospitato una cena Slow Food, molto elegante con piatti d'eccezione, prodotti con ingredienti del territorio e a contornare il tutto una degustazione di vini adeguati ad ogni portata. Ci ritorneremo e lo consigliamo.

Abbiamo conosciuto un cuoco custode, il signor Massimo e la sua famiglia che oltre ad averci deliziati di cibi genuini e mai mangiati come il peperone cruschi, gli gnocchi di ortica, le foglie di pasta con ricotta di bufala con fiori di elicriso tutto buonissimo, sapori diversi dal solito, poi scaloppine ai funghi porcini freschi, le cardelle ripassate, e una crema di cheesecake fatta con latte di bufala... grazie Massimo, grazie al suo papà e Olga siamo stati benissimo😘camere pulite, e in ordine, riscaldate, infissi nuovi, vista sulle montagne, posto molto tranquillo, e si possono fare escursioni guidate o libere nei castagneti, grazie di tutto consigliato.

Abbiamo prenotato per un pranzo e ci siamo ritrovati aggregati al gruppo dell’hotel che andava a castagne con Massimo proprietario dell’hotel in un castagneto pochi metri dalla struttura. Massimo non ha esitato un attimo ad invitarci ad Andare con loro. Al Rientro dalla raccolta abbiamo pranzato nella taverna lucana. Ottimi piatti della tradizione con materiale prime di qualità. Come stare in famiglia. Personale molto cortese, disponibile e allegro. Cena abbondante con ottimi prodotti tipici locali, colazione abbondante e a buffet con cornetti eccezionali di variegate tipologie, camera con vista sulla collina. Molto consigliato.
