At the check in I asked not to be disturbed the whole time i as staying there, and also confirmed the next day that I dont need housekeeping services but on the day before check out i was out for a few hours and when i came back the housekeeping had gone into my room. 😡

Bathroom dingy and needs to be remodeled. The bathroom vanity countertop should be a different material. No hand towel hangers in the bathroom sink area. The kitchen faucet was hard to open and close. I kept hitting the light fixture above dining table, was too low, and not in the center of the table. I asked not to be disturbed the entire time i was there but i had housekeeping service while i was out. 😡 You could only watch few tv channels, the rest of the channels due to maybe loose or damaged connection had a weak signal, resulting in scrambled or pixelated channels. There were couple of pillows left in the wardrobe that had sweat smell.

Conveniently located however I would not recommend this for a vacation stay. Maintenance at the facility is definitely lacking. My room had questionable aircon that could not even reasonably cool the room and every light I switched on had at least one lamp out. Cooking utensils provided were in very poor condition - went and got my own from a nearby supermarket. I can best describe my apartment and the furnishings as 'very tired'. Also of significance, there is a partly built but abandoned building next to this facility which has filled with stagnant rain water, and the neighbouring property has a large stagnant pond, both of which are a good source of the many mosquitos around this facility.

Struttura nuova con spazi interni in comune. Appartamento bellissimo, letto comodo, angolo cottura ok, bagno spazioso e zona soggiorno con divano e televisione. Gli appartamenti a piano terra hanno giardino in comune con gli altri ma bello. Parcheggio sotterraneo e gentilezza i reception. Per essere al super top mancherebbe un punto di ricarica per auto elettriche.

Ragnatele almeno lunghe cm 60. Scorrettezza alla reception. Sporco ovunque. Camera con vista container sporcizia dimora abituale dei topi. Piano terra pavimento scoppiato coperto da teli vedi. Sconsigliato per vacanze. Richiesto riparazione vetro doccia mai eseguito.
