From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and offered stunning views. The breakfast buffet was fresh and delicious every morning, and the amenities—from the pool to the spa—were top-notch. Every detail felt thoughtfully considered. We’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality stay!

Had a great time at the Hotel Paradiso. The location was great, with easy access to both Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast. My room was a nice size with a balcony with sea views and the pool was a great touch after a long day of sightseeing. But the crowning glory is the staff who were amazing and incredibly helpful !

I recently had the misfortune of booking at the Hotel Paradiso, and I cannot emphasize enough how disappointing my experience was. From start to finish, it was a nightmare. Booking Process: 1 Star The booking process was straightforward, but little did I know what awaited me. I made a reservation for July 20th, and the hotel promptly charged my credit card for the full amount. Fair enough, right? Wrong. Flight Cancellation Drama: 0 Stars Due to unforeseen circumstances (flight cancellation), I had to adjust my travel plans. I contacted the hotel, hoping for some flexibility. Instead, I was met with indifference. They refused to refund or reschedule my stay, citing their “strict policy.” No empathy, no understanding. Customer Service: -5 Stars (if possible) When I expressed my frustration, the hotel staff laughed in my face. Literally. They mocked my situation and made it clear that they didn’t care about my predicament. As if that weren’t enough, they even threatened me if I didn't take my review down, they would publish in the internet all my personal data Conclusion: Run, Don’t Walk In summary, avoid this hotel like the plague. Spend your hard-earned money elsewhere. There are plenty of other options in the area that won’t treat you like a nuisance. As for me, I’ll be filing a complaint with every travel platform I can find.

This hotel needs to be avoided. The staff had a terrible attitude and were very rude, swearing at us in Italian. The hotel had decent rooms although you don't get a choice of meals at dinner. The only reason this hotel is seen as good is because it has a pool. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. The staff also came into our room to clean and touched all our stuff without out permission, even moving important stuff such as passports and valuable items. The rooms were decent although there was a bug infestation in one of the beds alongside the other being broken. The staff also took away our dirty sheets and failed to replace them afterwards. Honestly, spend your har earned money elsewhere.

Overall experience was alright, although the hotel staff came into our room to clean, and moved all our stuff around and put it in random places, where we then had to hunt around each others stuff to find our belongings. You also dont get a choice of food at meal times, apart from breakfast. Pool was great though, and so was the scenery around the hotel.
