Don’t stay here. When you arrive you get presented with a list of things you have to pay for - including the swimming pool (£20 a day!!!), air conditioning (£10 a day!!!) and even the fridge! After waking up at 5am, having a long journey to get to the hotel including walking up a long, steep hill with no pavement, that was not the best way to be greeted. Rooms looked out onto a wall on one side or a big ugly derelict hotel on the other. Breakfast staff were rude, asking us to leave at 9.30 even though it was meant to continue till 10am. The croissants were the hotels only saving grace.

Très bon séjour dans cette hôtel. Le personnel est très accueillant et agréable. La chambre est confortable et conforme à la description.
Le petit déjeuner était suffisamment fourni et bon.
Petit bémol: la piscine est payante : 5€ et la clim est payante: 10€. C'est informations ne sont pas écrites sur la description de l'hôtel sur le site. Le parking est également payant: 20€.

Adequate, but note pool is an extra charge.
Very friendly reception. Rooms were adequate and clean. Beds not super comfortable, but we have had worse in Italy.
It should be noted that to use the pool you need to reserve and pay a fee of 5€ per person. It would have been nice to know this in advance as the pool was part of the reason we booked this property.
Also of note, there is very little paid parking available but street parking wasn’t a problem.
Overall this property was as expected. A reasonable priced accommodation with a close drive to Pompeii archeological park.

Hôtel où le personnel d'accueil est parfait : souriant, disponible ! Et le patron est très sympa ! Chambre confortable, propre, avec une belle vue sur les collines et Vésuve! Restaurant où le service et les repas sont très bien et petit-déjeuner tout à fait convenable.

Il personale della Reception sempre Cordiale e Disponibile per ogni necessità. La colazione varia e deliziosa! Abbiamo anche avuto la necessità di pranzare ed era tutto veramente Ottimo!! Struttura molto pulita e situata in una posizione strategica per visitare la costiera.

Europa Stabia Hotel 30 mins walk from train station , you can use the hotel shuttle for a charge. Rooms very clean . Extra costs are for as follows : use of fridge, air con, wifi and use of swimming pool . Breakfast very basic cooked eggs and bacon, nice selection of pastries only fresh fruit on offer apples and pears which was disappointing . Train to Naples or sorrento cheap from sorrento took bus to Positano then Ravello well worth a visit . Hotel is a great base for travelling along the almalfi coast .

We were so pleased that we chose to stay at the Europa Stabia Hotel for our recent Italian vacation. Francesco, the owner, said it was his mission to make guests feel at home and to ask if we needed anything. His passion for hospitality is reflected throughout the hotel. The reception team could not have been more charming and helpful. The room was spotless - all credit to the housekeeping team. The restaurant staff were welcoming and friendly. The hotel is a "healthy stroll" from the stations and town centre but the shuttle bus or hotel taxi was available at all times and at short notice. Our drivers, who were also members of the hotel team, were brilliant. Yes - one had to pay for the service (as stated on the hotel website) but, for those who have their own transport, it means the cost is not built in to the room price! We chose Castellammare Di Stabia as a base for visits to Pompeii, Herculaneum, Napoli and Sorrento - which worked well. The icing on the cake was our experience of staying at the Europa Stabia Hotel. Thank you once again to Francesco and all.

Biggest scam in the city. Need to pay for everything. Parking, Frindge, Ac, Pool access. Far far away from beach and city center. Theonly way they have this review is because the Director Mr Francesco make you do review for a discount or just to not be annoying for the entire vacation. Avoid this scam
