Hidden gem!
Wonderful hotel in a lovely location - this is a hidden gem! Modern hotel, beautifully decorated, very functional and well thought, spacious rooms, has a big swimming pool and an amphitheatre for shows. It’s 3 min away (walking) from the centre of charming Scopello where there are multiple dining and shopping possibilities. Personnel is friendly and helpful, everything was great!

Hôtel agréable et spacieux
Grande chambre au rez de chaussé, aussi pas de vue promis a la réservation.
Sinon la chambre est spacieuse. Les sanitaires un peu vieillot. Système de ventilation tres bruyant et éclairage médiocre pour pouvoir se raser confortablement.
Une jolie piscine mais les 2/3 est si peu profonde qu’il n’est pas possible d’y nager.
Le petit déjeuner est excellent et varié.

Nicht sein Geld wert.
Zimmer waren ok aber laut und hellhörig. Pool war schmutzig. Wasser war trüb. Fünf Euro für Handtücher für den Pool zu nehmen finde ich frech.
Insgesamt ok aber nicht sein Geld wert.
Würden nicht wieder kommen.

Very bad experience at the end of the season, hotel four but run by incompetent people. Breakfast poor and without any typical products and not suitable for us Northern European tourists. Abandoned swimming pool without any service and not clean. Never again in this place with this management.

Purtroppo, il soggiorno presso questa struttura non è stato all'altezza delle aspettative. La piscina, che avrebbe dovuto essere un punto forte dell'hotel, era praticamente abbandonata. Nessun servizio presente, lettini sporchi, acqua stagnante e sporca. Inoltre, la zona era infestata dalle zanzare, tanto che era impossibile trattenersi all'aperto, pertanto la nostra è stata una vacanza rovinata di cui booking si è assunta parzialmente la responsabilità vista la sordità della struttura in proposito. Anche la colazione è stata deludente, più da 2 o 3 stelle che da un 4 stelle. Non c'era nemmeno una base di colazione come uova e pancetta, e molti prodotti erano confezionati, come yogurt e miele, invece di freschi. La frutta era quasi assente e quella disponibile era di bassa qualità. Capisco che fosse una settimana con poca affluenza, ma questo non giustifica assolutamente il livello di servizio, soprattutto considerando il prezzo pagato. Così come è gestito e per i servizi offerti non posso consigliare questo hotel.

Bell'albergo in un posto bellissimo. Esterni all'altezza delle 4 stelle così come i locali comuni. Stanza troppo piccola. Magari é colpa nostra che viaggiamo con valigie da 20 kg, ma nel poco mondo che ho girato negli hotel a 4 stelle non ho mai avuto problemi di spazio in camera. La stessa sorte è stata condivisa dalla coppia di amici che viaggiava con noi: per loro fortuna viaggiano con bagagli meno voluminosi.

Paid for a deluxe room which was supposed to have three beds. The photos show three beds. This was not what we got. We only got one double bed. Property apologised and said they needed others for other guests. Also appears as though housekeeping went through personal luggage. High season so no recourse or refund offered. When I complained the property owner was rude and physically pushy.
