Ottimo hotel camera pulita e spaziosa Super accoglienza da parte del receptionist Luca Posizione molto comoda per girare i castelli romani . Hotel vicinissimo alla residenza estiva del Papa Vista mozzafiato a 360° Ristorante momentaneamente chiuso Piscina all’ultimo piano

Stunning lake views from the hotel. Very comfortable room with lots of space. Nice rooftop pool and garden with beautiful views. Castel Gandolfo is a pretty town although we had too little time to take in all the sights. 20 mins to Ciampino airport. Staff are very friendly and helpful, Giulia made us feel very welcome - we would love to come back!

Ho soggiornato con il mio compagno un weekend. Devo dire che mi aspettavo un altro tipo di piscina. Scomodo il fatto di non avere le sdraio per prendere il sole una volta uscita dalla piscina, ma dover fare delle rampe di scale in ferro (con le infradito e i piedi bagnati è anche molto pericoloso) per andare a sdraiarsi su un lettino. Credo anche che manchi una doccia, io non l’ho vista. Hotel un po’ vecchio, pulizia non impeccabile, ma stanza spaziosa e doccia apprezzata per la grandezza. Ottima posizione in quanto si può raggiungere il centro di Castel gandolfo a piedi e cenare in uno dei ristoranti con una vista sul lago mozzafiato.

First a little bit about the hotel, this is a former private residence, which was converted into a hotel approximately three decades ago, with approximately 44 rooms, it has meeting spaces, an indoor pool, and several beautiful Vista points overlooking the lake. Because of its prior configuration, rooms very greatly in size and layout. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially Claudia at the bar. My only concern is the owner. She met our group upon arrival, wearing would appear to be a nightgown, appearing that she had just awoken and angered by all of our luggage, she insisted that we only take luggage that we required for that night and the additional luggage would be retained until we departed. There was a bit of an uproar and she finally consented to us, allowing us to take our luggage down to our rooms as an owner. She needs to learn appropriate rules of business such as the customer is king.
