Pésima asistencia personal . Problemas con la maquina para entrar y no contestaban a las llamadas al móvil. Tuvo que venir un familiar a solucionarnos el problema. Si no, no entramos dentro. Luego el aseo de la habitación no estaba presentable para poder utilizarlo. Las sábanas olían a perfume de mujer.

Quiet nice place
Beautiful place. Were there off season. No reception, check-in through an automat which unfortunately didn't work. Had to call Spanish number and the person spoke English and was very helpful. Cosy fireplace in the lobby. Snacks and coffee in vending machine. Shopping and restaurants in nearby (5 mins by car).

La entrada fue sin recepción y sin personal
Hemos estado cómodos ,lo que no me gustó que uno de los días ni nos hicieron la habitación y no nos pusieron los geles de ducha ,la entrada a la estancia fue con una máquina que nos revisaba la reserva y nos dio las llaves y sin ver a ningún empleado

We couldn't gain access as their self check-in system didn't recognize our Spanish identity. There was not a single member of staff around, called the telephone number given for assistance, to no avail. We had to abort our stay, as this is so remote, no one around to help. Reported to the hotel and ***********. However they have charged us for 2 rooms and are refusing to give us a refund. Can only say don't go here, unless you know that they have staff on duty. The whole hotel looked like it was closed for winter. Disgusting attitude towards a genuine customer with a genuine problem. Do yourselves a favour, don't book a stay hete
