You won't find a hotel in Cassis with a better view, or many hotels anywhere else in the world for that matter. The chateau is fantastic and the rooms are quite spacious. We could've stayed there many more nights if we'd had the time! It's a relatively short walk into town (10 mins) and lots of good dinner options close by. Spacious parking, too, but the tiny road to the Chateau is super narrow! Drive a small car if you can.

Une séjour inoubliable et exceptionnel grâce au professionnalisme de Rémy qui sait accueillir chaque hôte de façon chaleureuse et personnalisée pour leur faire plaisir, à une vue d'en haut époustouflante sur Cassis, sa plage, son port, aux chambres magnifiques, et au cadre féérique de ce château tout en pierre avec une immense piscine et une végétation luxuriante. Un immense bonheur que de séjourner dans ce lieu sublime avec un personnel à la hauteur. Tout était parfait. J'y reviendrai assurément.

We made a booking. After 11 hours we found out our flight was cancelled. We provided proof. Initially the staff said they would reimburse it, as any decent hotel would, which normally have a 24 hours grace period. Then they changed their mind and tried to negotiate with us. Honestly, a joke of customer service. They seem desperate for clients

This is the town's castle which has been completely restored and privatized by offering a hotel service for 8 rooms and suites. Access to the closed car park is via a rather narrow path and you should call the number provided by reception to have the gate opened. The place is even more charming with a truly exceptional view of the village and the bay of Cassis. It should be noted the warm welcome from Remy who took the time to answer all our questions. We had reserved the “Charlotte” suite, very well located in a tower and pleasant with its small terrace. Certainly the price is high but it is probably the price of scarcity knowing that the hotel is often full in season. The interior of the castle is very pleasant (nice swimming pool) but for security reasons it is not possible to go on the ramparts... too bad! Breakfast is quite adequate given the low number of rooms and is taken on a large terrace with an exceptional view. In short, if you want to get off the beaten track of hotel chains, I can only recommend this place.

Rating of 4 awarded especially for the setting, the view and the top location in Cassis (close to everything and very quiet) Comfortable room but quite simple for the price Pool at the top but not heated although announced heated from May… . Thanks to the sun for warming it up during our stay :-) Points to improve Very good breakfast but an effort on the bread would allow us to have the same level of quality as the rest of the products offered Kindness to review especially in relation to the day of departure linked to a wedding (feeling like being thrown out of the property when the rooms are vacated and not being able to enjoy the setting a little longer in the morning) Great experience despite everything

An amazing hotel. The staff did everything they could to make our stay perfect. The views are breath taking. The chateau is on top of a steep hill - so be prepared to walk and rest. Probably not idea if you have a pram or wheelchair. But for us, it was incredible. Loved every minutes of staying here and will come back again.
