Hotel Masaniello Luxury

4 STAR HOTEL THAT DOESN'T CLEAN THE ROOM! I stayed 2 nights with a newborn in room 224, taps full of limescale, bidet unusable due to how it is positioned, shower box without gaskets. After 2 showers obviously the bathroom flooded, so swabs with towels, to avoid unpleasant episodes. We leave the tree at 12. Obviously I leave the bathroom in those conditions, I opened the window wide to change the air since the room already smells of cigarette smoke upon arrival, bed unmade. I return to the room in the evening and repeat with a 2 MONTH OLD BABY, and the room was exactly as I had left it. They didn't deign to come and tidy the room or close the window or put clean towels or even empty the buckets. I go down to the reception, the amazed boy apologizes but he doesn't even deign to find a solution let alone ask me if I needed something like clean towels or water. He just said he would report it, I don't know who he should have reported it to since no one found any solutions or further excuses. It's shameful. If I had listened to the reviews, with €200 I would have slept in the best hotel, not in this hovel where only the entrance is luxurious and 4 stars. In your place I would remove a couple of stars. And the cleaning ladies could tidy up the rooms rather than start yelling in the corridor about their own business, complaining that someone had called one of them a mariola (thief). I have never had anything like this happen to me. No matter what time I left the room in other hotels they always made the bed and changed towels and emptied the bins. Always read the reviews because they are all true about this hotel, too bad I read them after booking! AVOID THIS PLACE. There are better places nearby. Too bad it was the only one available from 4 to 6 October 2024. Shame!

At first sight it seems like a good hotel, the rooms are very nice and spacious. The problems start with the hot tub starting to make noises and splash water. the meals are high, the breakfast very poor and the dinner...cold first and second courses.
