외곽지역이지만, 나폴리 공항가기 위한 하루밤 잘 머물다갑니다. 직원들이 친절했어요. 저렴한 가격을 생각하면 괜찮았어요. 공항셔틀서비스 30유로에 이용했습니다. 매우 큰 밴이었고 편안하게 공항까지 도착했어요
숙소앞에 푸드코트가 있는데 피자가 매우 저렴한데, 정말 맛있습니다.

The staff is terribly rude They speak only Italian and are incapable of solving problems, there is constant loud noise shouting and arguments every night. We stayed 4 nights here with a group of 34 people and it was a nightmare . The electricity in the rooms went out around midnight today alarm was ringing the emergency light was on in all rooms waking up everybody. Meals are terrible. They are not professional enough to cater for the needs of guests especially groups Avoid it!

I arrive at the hotel and find a rude boy completely without a shred of WELCOME AND SMILE, I was disliked to the point that as soon as I left the hotel and immediately after returning due to forgetting documents, I found him in my room (without having yet understood the reason ) also breaking the bracelet that was given to me. A double room was converted into a triple by adding a bed and not allowing us to access the services and move around comfortably, to the point of stumbling with our luggage forcibly left on the floor. No wardrobe! Small bathroom full of humidity and with the daisies of the water outlet taken from some rust spots. Air conditioner working, but the opening of a window cannot be placed on the ceiling of the communicating rooms for fear that any animal, mice and cockroaches in particular, would enter. The rest of the staff, however, was more welcoming. I reported from the first night that I would no longer be staying and the same guy replied that he didn't give a damn... he should be fired in my opinion. Breakfast included but there wasn't much room for it apart from two low-fat "Eurospin" yoghurts and biscuits.

Well structured hotel, excellent hospitality and staff, average price for a quadruple room but next time I would like to give 5 stars, some small suggestions that I feel like giving so as not to frustrate the enormous sacrifice and work of the staff and to take care a little ' more the small maintenance in the rooms, because as they are they seem dirty and unkempt, all it takes is a little anti-limescale and anti-mold in the showers to make them a little more hygienic, some acid in the drains to make the water flow out and eliminate the bad smells, some plaster touch-ups to eliminate those horrible cracks from the walls, a small restoration of furniture and doors and last but not least, increasing the quality of the breakfast a little with the excellent fresh products of the area, however I personally I would happily return

Positive notes: the friendliness of the staff, all very helpful and patient. Clean linen, bathroom excellently clean and stocked with soap and towels every day. Internal parking. Negative notes: Hotel not suitable for disabled people. Not good restaurant and very low in quantity. The water didn't arrive every day (for 4 days) at the end of the day, except after dinner (therefore impossible to shower before dinner). Mold in the room.

I stayed at this property for two nights. Friendly and helpful staff, the room was spacious, a little dated, more could be done for cleanliness, TV and air conditioner present in the room, bathroom small and not too clean (limescale on the sanitary fixtures). Breakfast served buffet style on the lower floor, snacks and packaged tarts. Average restaurant, acceptable, generous and pleasant portions. All in all honest. Not so safe area. Recommended if you don't have too many demands.

Really ugly, old, worn, try looking inside the pillows and mattresses!! Breakfast is absurd, you have to go to the basement to eat, go up to the ground floor for coffee, then go back down... paradoxical!! Then they leave the breakfast tables dirty until 10.
