The staff is warm and friendly. When you check in, they will ask you about the arrangements for going to the airport, whether you need a breakfast bag and a shuttle. We asked for extra blankets and they helped us find them. The shuttle was on time, reliable and free. I also need to strongly recommend the hotel's restaurant. The price is reasonable and the taste is really good, better than the Michelin restaurant I had in Italy!

It was a clean hotel! Dinner was also delicious. It was very helpful that we could request a free airport shuttle. I would like to use it again next time.
The first photo is the front desk, the second is the breakfast buffet, the third, fourth and fifth are dinner at the restaurant, and the sixth is the shuttle car.

A lovely hotel with a wonderful restaurant at the hotel. Dinner at the restaurant is a must, the food there is awesome!

The hotel is nice and the staff is very helpful. The shuttle bus from Malpensa airport and train station is great.
The only disadvantage is the location which is quite far from Milan city center and it took about an hour by train to go to Milan central.
