The level of the novotel hotel chain is stable. Suitable for self-driving travel. It is on the main road, which may be inconvenient without a self-driving car. It is several kilometers away from the city center.

The room on the first floor is newly renovated and has a very fashionable style. The receptionist CARLA ZIELLO can speak Chinese and helped us call a taxi. She is a very nice girl.

Excellent location, adjacent to the motorway exit and easily reachable from the city centre. Clean room, with new and modern furniture. Helpful and professional staff! Advise

Qualified staff available and always attentive! The new superior rooms are well done! The carpet is no longer present but a splendid parquet, totally modernized! Negative note forget the wardrobes, they have been removed and replaced with metal shelves that give a sense of disorder and in the shower there is no longer a shampoo shelf! Too bad because it makes the room uncomfortable!

Le bugie hanno le gambe corte Se vedete le foto delle camere pubblicate dall’hotel non fatevi ingannare sono tre/quattro camere che non danno neppure ai clienti più fedeli forse perché non autorizzate … vi toccano invece assurde camere decadenti e cadenti con moquette ai piani sporca e consunta arredi vecchi di vent’anni senza manutenzione e frigo bar vuoto o quasi. Personale per la mia esperienza non affidabile nel senso che prenotando in presenza vi assegnano una camera e poi non vi viene data sempre con mille scuse. Se prenotate l al Novotel un’ora prima vi dirottano in un altro hotel della stessa proprietà etc. Questa è la realtà datevi da soli il voto

La pulizia della stanza non era il massimo, le lenzuola erano macchiate, un comodino era unto e sporco. Il pavimento del bagno era sporco così come il piatto doccia contente peli. Il condizionatore emette un rumore assordante, per dormire l’ho dovuto spegnere perché mi sono svegliata più volte durante la notte. Le stante sono ben insonorizzate. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, ottima ospitalità, personale super gentile e buona colazione. Se migliorassero in termini di pulizie, ci tornerei. Purtroppo nell’incertezza andrei altrove.
