Another visit to my favorite hotel in Casciana Terme. I have been coming here since 2014. Giovanna runs an excellent hotel with large, comfortable rooms, good Wifi, and delicious breakfast. There is secure parking (for both autos and motorcycles.) The pool was open and great to either relax by or for a cool swim. There is a large outdoor patio to relax on or a bar inside for coffee and/or drinks. This is family friendly hotel.

We visited for four nights for the annual Bocelli concert and had a wonderful stay. Our hard-working hosts were charming and kind, making every guest feel at home. The hotel is well located in a very quiet area, just a 2 to 3 minutes walk from shops and restaurants. Parking is provided onsite at no cost. The complimentary buffet breakfast was generous, high quality, and varied, with multiple types of local hams and cheeses, boiled eggs, an extensive range of fresh bread and croissants, multiple cakes and tarts, fresh fruit and juices, yogurt, and an endless supply of cappuccino and espresso served by the friendly and attentive staff. Visiting during the heat wave, we appreciated that the bedroom was well air-conditioned and the minifridge was stocked with still and sparkling water! For me, a hotel bathroom also has to hit the important notes, and it did with instant hot water, strong shower pressure, and a good supply of high-quality towels, shampoo, and soap. The swimming pool is in a luxuriantly landscaped and bucolic garden with comfortable furniture, including loungers, tables & chairs, and sun umbrellas. As a bonus, the strong WiFi is usable at the pool, which allowed me to sneak in the odd hour of work while sipping a cappuccino or cold drink! This hotel is a hidden jewel, and the hospitality and value for money are quite unbelievable.
