Very nice front man (very gentle) and clean hotel. I did not use the pool but seems like very cozy and there was people who enjoy there.

Best hotel in Cascais.
Everything is on a high level from the staff's politeness to the hotel's design and its location and the views from the room. Very good breakfast. Highly recommend!

We were really disappointed by the service from the reception staff. I know the hotel well as my family are from the area and it had a great reputation so we picked it as the hotel to stay in the night of our wedding. We’d asked in writing and went in the week before our stay to ask for the room we booked to be prioritised for cleaning first so my husband could get ready in it before our wedding. On both occasions we were told this was ok and they would aim to have the room ready a couple of hours earlier than the check in time. We agreed around 1pm which allowed an hour for them to clean it. On the day of our wedding it was a completely different story, there was no handover of this communication which caused chaos on our special day. Despite our efforts to double check they did not allow my husband entry to the room until 2pm. It was not prioritised as we were promised and caused a huge amount of stress on a day that was so important to us. For a hotel of this reputation and price its just not good enough. There was very little in the way of an apology or going over and above to rectify the situation which is the least I’d expect given it was our wedding stay. There are so many beautiful hotels in Cascais and I regret picking this one, not worth the money.

A most beautiful structure set on a serene cliff overlooking the beach welcomes you to this true gem.The staff are among the finest my wife and I have ever had the pleasure to associate with.Don’t miss the bountiful breakfast which will leave you yearning for it every morning.A most relaxing pool awaits as well.The location also is unrivaled as it is steps from the CP train from Lisbon city center.Our room was immaculate with every amenity,with great views and a fresh sea breeze every night.Visit this establishment.

WOW, we had been recommended this hotel and it di not disappoint. From the moment we arrived we were given exceptional service. The room was gorgeous with stunning sea views. Breakfast is fresh and plentiful and we took advantage of the delightful terrace for lunch and dinner, both were absolutely delicious. Great location, lovely sunbathing area, brilliant for a recharge and exploring this gorgeous part of Portugal. The train station is a couple of minutes walk away. Can't recommend highly enough.
