The hotel is clean and the flight attendants are friendly. The shuttle bus is also friendly. Trip.com is cheaper than other sites and I am very satisfied.

The rooms are dated and small. Although the beds were comfortable enough, they used a plastic-ish blanket that was weird and stuck to your skin if the sheet slipped beneath it. The bathroom was well appointed, nice amenities including liquid hand soap,but very small. The heating/AC unit was quite loud and ran constantly, yet did not adjust the room temp, even after adjusting it.
