When I checked in to the hotel, I was greeted and taken care of by a great staff member. He also helped me book an airport shuttle for free to the airport the next morning. Even if the cost is a little high for this, I recommend this if you stay in Grand Rapids for one night and fly out of the airport the next morning.

walked into bathroom & folded towels on the floor, lack of hair conditioner, shower head lacks strong flow, had to turn water all the way on the max to get barely hot water to shower in. light switch crooked, closet door handle broken

We really enjoyed our stay. The employees were super helpful and the rooms were up to date and clean. My only problem was at breakfast. When you are trying to make you food other people just continue to stand in line using toaters and pancake makers. That you literally get a cold breakfast because your waiting on others in line.
