Stopped in for breakfast and Belen served up an awesome Bloody Mary! The views were great, the food was delicious and Belen provided great service with an exceptional experience.

We’ve been staying at Westward Look 1 to 2 times a year for 14 years, including during the pandemic. Even though many things have changed over the years we’ve always been very happy with our experience. One of the best things for us is reacquainting with Rosa as she tends to the pool in the mornings ; It’s become a real ritual for us to spend some time with her. Each time we return we talk about whether or not we’re going to be able to see her again in the morning so it’s always a pleasure when that happens.

Staff are fantastic! Gorgeous views, good drinks, resort living with a chill vibe. Room had a balcony facing the desert which was so nice to enjoy coffee out there. Love the walking path and gym amenities.

Eddie Robinson and Noah Embry were delightful! They are very skilled at their jobs and are caring and happy! We have been to Westward Look before this last visit and come back because they make the experience so pleasant! Good job!

Hope Community Church has a women’s camp “retreat” every year at Westward Look. It is a charming and wonderful place to stay. The staff are great and a delight to be around - especially Z, Misael, Johnny, Ryan, Daria, Lori, Pedro, Jim, Kim, Chef Angel, DianeT., Destiny, Melanie, Barbara and Connor. While this was a solo trip, my family has stayed here for over 50 years (ten years since my last visit). It is still a nice hotel. The good and bad: Good: The bed was very comfortable, the rooms were a good size, the bathroom was great, and the porch felt private but you could say hello to people walking by. The closet was roomy and had shelves on one side for linens and on the other side for personal items. It also had a safe. The skylight in the bath gave good light without much heat. There was one charging outlet for each side of the bed and one for the computer on the desk. The curtains did a great job of keeping out the bright morning sunlight. The resort was beautifully landscaped and had nice walking trails. Not so good: the rooms were outdated. For example, the lights were so dim it was difficult to read and the lamps were flimsy. I've never seen anything like the desk: it was so high in comparison to the (nonadjustable) chair that I looked straight at the screen instead of down on the screen. My hands were shoulder high when typing. There is no way I could work in that position. The pillows were not comfortable and there were no other options. The A/C worked well when it was on, but the lack of air movement (no fan option) when off made the room feel uncomfortably warm. It also "reset" to a warm setting several times without being touched (set on 70 and reset to 76). I had to buy a portable fan.
