Everyone and everything was great. This resort setting near the mountains in Tucson was just gorgeous.

Really nice spot that fortunately, was not too crowded in the summer. I will definitely stay here again! There were two good swimming pools and the staff was very friendly.

Best servers ever: Cathy, Judy, Shayla, Marie, Belen. I can't wait to come back and enjoy the warmth that they create. Thank you!

I don't know where to begin, but I want everyone to know that this place is amazing!! Best customer service I have ever had. I booked their Gold room for a celebration of life after my father's memorial and it couldn't have turned out better. It was short notice, but from my first call, they stepped up and made this difficult time very easy for me. The food is fantastic and the customer service is incredible. Day of the luncheon, we had way more people than we originally thought and they stepped up again, adding more tables and food, all with smiles and professionalism. We have been back twice just to have dinner in their dining room, the food is always good as well as the service. I recommend this place for everything, from dinners with the family to any kind of convention, party, or as in my case a celebration of life. Thank you Westward Look for all you did for me and my family!!

I am a local and a 40+ year member of the swim and fitness club (which I love). Our family thought we would try some of the summer specials to help us endure these long hot Tucson summers. What a treat it has been to attend two of the monthly high teas held on the last Sunday of the month. The food was beautifully presented and tasty; the very creative drinks were divine. I have been to other teas through the years at Ventana Canyon, Arizona Inn and Chantilly. They were all great, too. Most are no longer available now and Westward Look's version certainly rivals the others, and is quite fairly priced. I should add that the service was outstanding. I really hope they continue these wonderful high tea. Tucson needs such an option for locals and guests. There are 4 more scheduled this year and our family will definitely be repeat visitors. Thank you Westward Look!

Today we had a Celebration of Life luncheon booked at the Resort, for a large group. We had double the amount of people attending than expected. We were beyond grateful for Zee and her staff for their hospitality, speed, support and service. They quickly and graciously accommodated the extra tables and food, all with a smile. The food was delicious and well presented. The experience could not have been any better. I highly recommend for your parties, events, and Staycations. Sincerely, The Gil Munguia family and friends.

I stayed at the Westward Look Wyndham Grand Resort during a business trip while completing a week-long certificate course. Although my schedule was packed and I wasn’t able to spend much time at the hotel during the first five days, the experience left a lasting impression—thanks to the exceptional staff, especially Barbara at the front desk. From the moment I checked in, Barbara welcomed me with a warm heart and genuine kindness. On my final day, after completing my course, I stopped by the lobby and was truly touched when she remembered my name and greeted me with congratulations and complimentary treats to celebrate my achievement. It made me feel like more than just a guest—I felt at home. The resort itself is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and offers a serene environment—perfect for unwinding after a busy day. I’m already looking forward to my next trip to Tucson, and without a doubt, I’ll be returning to this wonderful hotel. Thank you again, Barbara, and the entire staff, for your kindness and hospitality!

Stayed here for a milestone birthday staycation weekend. Had never been here before, the reviews online were good and the price was right. Overall, it was a really pleasant experience. I found the food really to be delicious. The room to be quite comfortable and the pool to be quite relaxing. We felt we really lucked out with the location of the room, which ended up being in the perfect spot to get to the pool without being too close. That being said there is certain attention to details that were missed for a resort like this: - Despite being in a room with double beds and clearly two people staying in it only one cup was left for coffee in the morning by housekeeping. And the creamer/half-and-half wasn’t refilled when the room was serviced on the second day. Housekeepers have a rough job please give them enough time to make sure that the coffees, teas sugars and creamers are refilled appropriately with enough cups so that everyone has more than enough. This makes me think the hotel doesn’t give housekeeping enough time to do their job and is more concerned about speed rather than quality. - The lack of signage. Trying to locate the room is not great. The resort is big and confusing. The map isn’t really laid out very well and front desk cries hard but directions are confusing. Tell us our room number and the building number then have signs clearly marking the building numbers and pointing to the building numbers. It’s hot, especially in the summer. We don’t wanna be standing around looking confused. Maybe even offering to take guests there via golf carts, the first time around would be very useful. - Pool service. The bartender was fantastic. She did a great job. The food delivery was speedy came right to our seats without any issues, but let’s be real people. Don’t always clean up after themselves. Having enough staff on the pool deck would help with the cleanup and making sure that the pool area stays tidy. With a limited number of staff that just wasn’t possible. Must guest cleaned up after themselves, but not everyone did it was clear coming back after hours that still many cups were left behind and there is trash on the ground. Summer may be off-season, but that doesn’t mean that there aren’t guests. - Shade. There is not enough shade on the pool deck. There are several spots where there are either no umbrella, umbrellas, or the umbrella umbrellas are missing. We live in the desert. It is sunny 300 days out of the year there needs to be far more shade offered. More umbrellas are needed if you do not have overhang or trees. Please add more umbrellas, especially in the summer. It’s ridiculous that a resort of the size has so few umbrellas on the pool deck. - Wi-Fi. The lobby had Wi-Fi, but outside of that the cell phone signal was weak and there wasn’t a strong Wi-Fi in the rooms or in the pool area. This is the 21st-century. We would love for people to disconnect and enjoy themselves, but let’s be realistic. This is not Miraval

Our family held a large family reunion for a celebration of life of a family member in July 2025. This resort exceeded ALL expectations, period, point blank. We all had a fantastic stay—every staff member went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and cared for. The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and offered all the amenities you could ask for, including, swimming, tennis, pickleball, and even horseback riding. Z & Jim also did an absolutely superb job in catering the event that was held in the Canyon Room. We will be staying here again next and every time that we come visit Tucson!
