挺滿意的，要了熱開水也會送到我房間，挺好奇我用熱開水乾嘛，第二次要的時候還問我，哈哈哈很難解釋我就愛喝熱開水。早餐包在住宿裏，還有人替打咖啡。可以把包放在前台如果沒到checkin時間，我們到的那天就開始放泳池水，雖然我們也沒遊，被樹木環繞的小院子，很喜歡，還會來. Very comfortable hotel, nice reception,surrounded by kinds of trees and flowers. Recommend to everyone.

At the Hotel Italia in Casamicciola I found friendly, welcoming and professional staff, who were also very attentive to any requests or needs of customers. Very clean room, more than spacious, also with Sky TV. Very large terrace with table, chairs and a comfortable drying rack. Good and varied breakfast, served until 10.30am so you can truly relax, with fresh, quality products, artisan donuts and homemade bread included. Excellent cappuccino and espresso served by the barman and not the "swill" from an automatic machine. The bus stop is located in front of the hotel entrance but for those who love walking it is the ideal place because it can be reached in less than ten minutes on foot from the center and the port, walking along the seafront with a wide, easy and flat pavement, leaving fascinated by the landscape and its colors. The structure is beautiful and renovated. The gem: at breakfast I asked for honey, they told me it was out of stock, obviously I said it didn't do anything and instead they made sure to go and buy it immediately! I didn't use the swimming pool just because the sky was cloudy and the air was a little chilly, but it was still a beautiful weekend, thanks also to the commitment of all the staff. Good quality/price ratio. Advised.

Non saprei da dove iniziare a commentare questa struttura … piscina sporchissima e quindi inutilizzabile scrostata e piena di alghe … camere sporchissime in 5 giorni mai svuotato il portacenere nel balcone né tanto meno tolta polvere … sala Colazione con pietanze misere e di pessima qualità . Assolutamente pessimo in tutto

Hotel confortevole, situato a pochi passi dal porto di Casamicciola e dalla fermata autobus. Accoglienza perfetta e rapida, staff gentile, un plauso particolare alla sig.ra Anna, simpatica, deliziosa e premurosa. Camere spaziose, non nuovissime ma dotate di ogni confort. Colazione in giardino vicino alla piccola piscina. Accesso privato ad una piccola caletta di fronte all'hotel, dotata di lettini dove godersi mare e sole in tutta tranquillità.

Camera minuscola. Letto scomodo. Telecomando TV non funzionante. Stanza umida. Pareti del bagno con macchie di umidità. Terrazzino stanza inagibile poiché occupato da una pagliarella poggiata a terra che ne limitava moltissimo lo spazio. Colazione di pessima qualità. Pane offerto a colazione con strane macchie tipo muffa. Piscina non mantenuta. Spiaggia inagibile nonostante i lidi nei paraggi fossero tutti aperti. Portiera scostumata. Nonostante avessi pagato per due notti, senza essere rimborsato ho cambiato struttura perché ero troppo disgustato da quanto descritto. Com'è possibile dare 4 stelle ad un struttura che ricorda i vecchi motel anni 80? INDECENTE!
