BED BUGS!!! We checked into the room and first noticed there was garbage still on the floor so it wasnt properly cleaned. We went out for the day and asked them to clean the room. Came back a few hours later and room was never cleaned and we lifted the sheets and there DOZENS of bed bugs laying around. They offered us another room and when they took us, up the room obviously hasnt been cleaned as all the trash cans were still full of the previous guests trash. At that point we didnt feel comfortable staying there and went to another hotel. They refuse to refund and were not helpful at all so definitely beware.

One Hotel Casablanca is not a 5 star hotel by European standards, just a 3 star in terms of facilities, services, attention to details, etc...We had stained towels, no hot water all the time, bed linen changed every 2 or 3 day, key card to reactivate every day etc... but the biggest issue is the noise outside the hotel. Our room was facing the one way street and it was like sleeping on the street in the middle of so much noise, day and night with no respite with people hanging around outside talking loudly, shouting, screaming, arguing, cars and motor cycles honking their horns etc... The area is relatively safe but the hotel is on a smelly street littered with rubbish and lined with people begging, we even saw a child sleeping in a bin bag next to the hotel.

Pasamos una noche recientemente con familia y amigos en este Hotel antes de volver a España con la idea de descansar antes de la vuelta pero la realidad fue muy diferente. En efecto, un ratón en la habitación de nuestros amigos (pero que iba paseándose por el piso) no nos permitió descansar y el Hotel no fue capaz de proponernos una solución (es un Hotel 5 estrellas se supone!). Tras reclamación han propuesto un reembolso parcial (un poco patetico por un Hotel de esta supuesta categoría), pero todavía la estamos esperando. Así pues: NADA RECOMENDABLE .

plus jamais! Localisation de l’hôtel horrible dans un quartier plein de bars, à éviter absolument en famille. À l’intérieur de l’hôtel, le service est convenable et le petit déjeuner correct mais vraiment pas à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles. Le seul ascenseur utilisé essentiellement par le personnel est souvent indisponible ou long à attendre.

Spacious, luxurious and quiet room with a good view of the hustle of the city. The hotel is centrally located walking distance from all of the major attractions. Staff is respectful and helpful. The breakfast is fresh and has variety. Will recommend.

Comfortable room on the 5th floor in the centre of Casablanca, about 40 minutes from the airport, close to most things easy to find or get a taxi back if eating away from the Hotel, breakfast was good. Staff were very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to help. Would recommended.
