A remarkable and unique experience! At this hotel they understand the meaning of true service and care for their guests. The food, accommodation and staff are more than perfect. A place where you feel the professionalism and passion. I do not exaggerate when I say this hotel is top tier.

We were welcomed warmly and shown through a beautifully appointed lobby area to our room. The room was beautiful and clean and up to date. We had a display of refreshments, awaiting our arrival, including gluten-free for my traveling companion who has celiac.

My cousin and I made a quick weekend trip from Rome, and were disappointed by the service at the hotel. After staying in Royal Mansour Marrakesh, we were excited to experience the Royal Mansour Casablanca and had high expectations booking one of the beautiful 2 bedroom suites. Unfortunately, the service was scattered at best. The checkin experience took 30 minutes. We had communicated ahead of time names in each room, and the staff remained confused. They asked the same questions multiple times. Some of the front desk agents don’t speak English. We had to ask multiple times for a second room key. We had to write our passport number down multiple times. Etc. Etc. In addition, the staff across departments didn’t communicate about bookings as I was asked by 6 staff members to make a dinner reservation even though I already had one. To make things worse, there was loud construction noise early in the morning. Room Service forgot many things at breakfast. For example, I asked for a glass of water and they never brought it. To make things worse, the General Manager did nothing to listen and apologize and just waved goodbye. Leadership and communication starts from the top down… The only positive highlights were the Concierge Ben who arranged impeccable transfers and a wonderful dinner at the hotels restaurant.

Als Innenarchitektin und Künstlerin mit einem Auge für jedes Detail war ich einfach begeistert. Jedes einzelne Element ist mit unglaublich viel Sorgfalt gestaltet – an jede Kleinigkeit wurde gedacht. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen. Das Essen, die Lobby, die Dachterrasse und das Personal – alles war einfach atemberaubend schön. سفر به کازابلانکا یک سورپرایز برای تولد دوستپسرم بود. به همین دلیل، به دنبال زیباترین هتل در کازابلانکا گشتم و به Royal Mansour رسیدم. بهعنوان یک طراح داخلی و هنرمند که به جزئیات توجه زیادی دارد، واقعاً شیفتهی زیبایی بینظیر این هتل شدم. به هر جزئیات کوچک دقت شده بود و تجربهای فوقالعاده برای ما رقم خورد. ما از اقامتمان کاملاً لذت بردیم. غذا، لابی، تراس روی بام و پرسنل – همه چیز فوقالعاده و بینظیر بود

I’ve traveled all over the world for work and staying here on our 25th anniversary with my wife was one of the best experiences in my life. Not only do the rooms make you feel like living in a palace, the staff certainly treats you like the royal family. I can’t wait to come again
