Nice hotel in Casablanca with spacious rooms and balconies overlooking the ocean. Breakfast and dinner were good, friendly staff and quite decent prices for white and red wine! Excellent quality bath cosmetics! Pity we only stayed for one night!

this is probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The Hotel was short of most things, towels, tea spoons of all things, lack of competant staff you name it it didn't work. Breakfast was lacking in variety as was the bar. Not somewhere to spend time.

Lax reception, disastrous service, bad restaurant (asked for a fruit salad, they brought me an apple and a banana), place of absolute sadness We had to ask for towels, the toilets were dirty, almost no water in The bathroom. Very bad experience

Hotel located on the seafront in a pleasant and calm area. Large hotel, generous, clean rooms. Buffet restaurant very well served in quality and quantity. Bar with live music. I was with the Naturdouro travel agency in Portugal.

1/Strengths - Staff unfortunately very limited in number, professional and competent, smiling and at customer service: Mr Badr (reception), Yacine (breakfast), Laila, baggage handlers, Samira….. - Hotel relatively well located near the seaside Wed. - Upgrade to superior room 2/Negative points - crippling Incompetent staff, untrained, having no respect for the customer, addressing customers in particular with firmness and inappropriate language: Reception: Younès with the complicity of his sidekick and accomplice Abdelkrim who desperately and pitifully and ridiculously tries to cover for his colleague….. Permanent lack of towels, you ALWAYS have to go and claim the missing towels…

Disappointed,I stayed in this hotel due more than week, I travel world wide, never had bad experience similar than this one, if there is less than 0 star review , i will give it to this hotel. The reception stuff males and females are very rudes, mold and bad smells in the rooms,air conditioner and fridge are not working, the water at the shower is very slow not enough to remove the soap, the cleaners are very slow and looks onlyl for tips to provide you the towels. Any small service I ask for, take a lot of time to respond , very bad this behaviors, I don't like it. I never recomand anyone to come to this hotel. They need a lot of work to do .I never see any manager around. When I ask for one, he's always not there or at the meeting or at lunch, or he 's not today . Disappointed. I hope the management consider this review and make an effort to improve the quality of service to this hotel. Location is great other than that nothing work properly.
