Hôtel nuuuulll, j’ai vécu une très mauvaise expérience, Suite à notre réservation sur trip, J’ai envoyé ma femme et ma fille pour y séjourner mais des leur arrivée à la réception demander de payer les taxes 44Dh,sachant qu’ils ont quitté l’hôtel après 30 minutes de Check -in et vous pouvez vérifier ça avec l’hôtel vu la situation catastrophique.
Chambre insalubre, remplie d’humidité, douche sans eau chaude sans serviette, sans shampooing sans savonnette. Vraiment une horreur cet hôtel je vous le déconseille fortement. et le plus important l'hôtel n'a rien à voir avec les 4 étoiles c'est même pas une étoile chambre très sale, odeur des couloirs et des chambres donnent de la nausée et le service est amplement nul la réceptionniste impoli et son soit disant responsable qui ne ressemble à rien est encore impoli que tout!!! Les photos n'ont rien à voir avec la réalité honte à vous !!!!
