Hotel location was perfect, reception people were helpful, we really recommend this hotel. I think you should know that there is no private parking area, you put your car in the street in front of hotel, but it is not a problem, reception people help for it as well. Breakfast was perfect.

Stayed here on first night on Moroccan tour following tours in Jordan and Egypt. Previous hotels were good across the other countries. Diwan Supposed to be 4 star…no welcome drink, no courtesy water, had to request towels, unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Stained towels, leaking toilet, dirty rooms, no coffee/tea facilities. Air conditioning barely worked. Breakfast was farcical with little staff help. Ran out of items and coffee. This is a very average tourist hotel but honestly save your money and stay in another hotel.
